★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simple a waste of time. Impossible to book Vesuv tickets. We’ve tried it for hours and always end up with an error.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not user friendly, we had to put in tons of information before we could buy tickets for the Vesuvius. We bought the tickets at 12.45 for the tour for 13.30. We get to the Vesuvius and the tour has been cancelled due to weather conditions. Can't believe the official Vesuvius ticket website let's you buy tickets when they already know the mountain is closed all day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poorly designed website. Not user friendly. Used for Mount Vesuvius tickets. Impossible to access and required far more personal information than necessary for a walk up a hill!
Eventbrite are in a different league!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience ever wile booking tickets to Vesuvio visit. I can't understand why the most visited national part of such a big country as Italy sales tickets only through this website made by a stranger without any knowledge in the topic. Garbage, trash, rubbish.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If i could give zero stars i would. I purchased Andrea Bocelli Tickets and was unable to attend for obvious reasons (Covid) I asked for a refund of my tickets and was denied and told to resell my tickets online.
I was then told that i should take a voucher which i thought was reasonable at the time as I would be able to book Andrea Bocelli concert for next year.
What they don't tell you is the voucher is only valid for use with the same promoter which in my case is "City Sound" which are not promoting for Andrea Bocelli concert anymore(Or any other concerts in general)
So now I have 200 euro in vouchers that I literally can not use for anything! I have reached out many times for assistance and keep getting rude unhelpful responses. I can not wait to arrive back in Italy, I will be coming into the office and perusing this more in person. In Australia it is Illegal steal money of somebody like this. I paid for a service! I did not receive this service! This means REFUND!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unfriendly and unflexible service! Bad experience with purchasing tickets for Peggy Guggenheim museum in Venice. Accidentally booked the wrong dates and they didn’t even allow me to change the hour or date of the ticket, even though I contacted them right after the purchase. How hard could that be??!! Some kindness to the costumers and all could have been solved. I couldn’t visit the museum and so I lost 35 euros because the wouldn’t even give me a refund.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are thieves. I bought 3 tickets for 219 euro. Event was cancelled and was impossible to get a refund or a voucher.
Their call center is also a scam: you pay 1 euro/minute even while waiting for someone to answer (which obviously never happens)
