★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio. Concordato trasporto presso ospedale per visita e relativo ritorno. Abbandonati all'ospedale (siamo dovuti tornate in taxi) perchè non hanno atteso 15 minuti di visita. E' rimasto esterefatto anche il primario dinnanzi al quale hanno detto che non avevano tempo da perdere (15 minuti). Esperienza pessima che mi fa sconsigliare la cooperativa.
Bad service. Transport to hospital for visit and return agreed. Abandoned to the hospital (we had to return by taxi) because they did not wait 15 minutes to visit. The head physician was also astonished before whom they said they had no time to waste (15 minutes). Bad experience that makes me advise against the cooperative.
