Avevo fatto vedere loro le foto della terrazza e conoscevano benissimo il condominio. Mi hanno consegnato dei vasi instabili che sono caduti alla prima giornata di vento. Alla mia lamentela hanno avuto il coraggio di dirmi che avrei dovuto specificare che sarebbero stati messi all'esterno ( cosa da me fatta) ; ma poi, non lo hanno visto il giorno della consegna? Pretendevano che pagassi un supplemento ( oltre alla somma cospicua che avevo già versato ) per ogni vaso riempito di argilla espansa, cosa che avrebbero dovuto fare dall'inizio e senza che glielo chiedessi . Per quanto riguarda la pianta, avevo chiesto un consiglio su piante da esterno che necessitassero di poca acqua,, mi hanno dato due piante che dopo due settimane hanno perso tutte le foglie e sono diventate secche. Lo sconsiglio vivamente. VERY BAD! I bought pots with plants to decorate a terrace by the sea. I had shown them the photos of the terrace and they knew the condominium very well. They gave me unstable vases that fell on the first windy day. At my complaint they had the courage to tell me that I should specify that they would be put outside (which I did); but then, didn't they see it on the day of delivery? They demanded that I pay a supplement (in addition to the large sum I had already paid) for each jar filled with expanded clay, which they should have done from the beginning and without asking me. As for the plant, I had asked for advice on outdoor plants that needed little water, they gave me two plants that after two weeks lost all the leaves and became dry. I strongly advise against it.

Siamo rimasti molto contenti dei lavori svolti. Il personale è molto preparato, sono precisi e disponibili e dedicano molta cura nei lavori con particolare attenzione alla pulizia e alle esigenze del cliente. We decided to redo the garden, the flower beds and the irrigation system of the house relying on Sorgon nurseries and plants. We were very happy with the work done. The staff is very trained, they are precise and helpful and they dedicate a lot of care in the work with particular attention to cleanliness and customer needs.
