★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono profondamente grato alla concessionaria Tresoldi per aver risolto il problema della mia CBF 600 S con professionalità, cortesia e competenza, dimostrando con fatti concreti grande attenzione al cliente. Questa in breve la mia storia: dopo aver appeso per una decina di anni il casco al chiodo in occasione del pensionamento ho deciso di regalarmi una CBF600S del 2011 acquistandola da un privato. Dopo i primi 500 chilometri percorsi regolarmente ha iniziato ad accendersi sporadicamente la spia dell'impianto di raffreddamento e la gioia iniziale della guida si è tramutata in poco tempo in un incubo in quanto temevo ogni volta di bruciare la guarnizione della testata. Ho deciso di rivolgermi alla concessionaria Honda Tresoldi, che conoscevo indirettamente da parecchi anni sulla base dell'esperienza positiva riferita da amici motociclisti e sono stato accolto fin da subito come se fossi un cliente abituale. Dopo un primo intervento che si è rivelato non risolutivo al secondo tentativo è stato individuato e risolto il guasto all'impianto elettrico (non a quello di raffreddamento) che causava l'anomala accensione della spia. Chi cerca assistenza di qualità è non solo quella qui non sarà deluso, consigliatissimo.
I am deeply grateful to the Tresoldi dealership for having solved the problem of my CBF 600 S with professionalism, courtesy and competence, demonstrating great attention to the customer with concrete facts. This is my story in brief: after hanging up my helmet for about ten years on the occasion of my retirement, I decided to give myself a 2011 CBF600S by buying it from a private individual. After the first 500 kilometers traveled regularly, the cooling system warning light began to turn on sporadically and the initial joy of driving quickly turned into a nightmare as I was afraid of burning the cylinder head gasket every time. I decided to contact the Honda Tresoldi dealership, which I had known indirectly for several years on the basis of the positive experience reported by friends of motorcyclists and I was immediately welcomed as if I were a regular customer. After an initial intervention which proved unsolvable on the second attempt, the fault in the electrical system (not the cooling one) which caused the anomalous lighting of the warning light was identified and resolved. Those looking for quality assistance is not only the one here will not be disappointed, highly recommended.
