Prenotato e pagato mazzo 7 rose in forte anticipo (4 giorni fa) per non avere problemi ma questa mattina quando l'ho ritirato le rose erano impresentabili, i petali esterni erano cotti, il verde di guarnizione aveva alcune foglie rotte e cotte.
Tornato indietro si sono giustificati dicendo che quei petali così conciati erano sintomo di freschezza (???). Comunque io le rose non dovevo rivenderle e quando le ho date alla mia compagna ho dovuto scusarmi.

I had been other times I have always found myself well, but today I had a big disappointment.
Booked and paid for bouquet 7 roses in advance (4 days ago) to have no problems but this morning when I picked it up the roses were unpresentable, the outer petals were cooked, the garnish green had some broken and cooked leaves.
Going back they justified themselves by saying that those petals so tanned were a symptom of freshness (???). However, I didn't have to resell the roses and when I gave them to my partner I had to apologize.
Never again.
