★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto la sventura di ordinare serramenti in PVC a questa ditta. Hanno sbagliato il disegno di 5 serramenti su 10 ordinati. Ci sono voluti più di tre mesi e l'intervento di tre cosiddetti serramentisti perchè i 5 serramenti fossero completamente installati. La tenuta dei serramenti è molto precaria, le chiusure funzionano parzialmente o non funzionano. Il collaudo non è mai stato fatto e quindi non è stato possibile usufruire della detrazione fiscale. Personale arrogante e privo di competenza.
Un'esperienza da non suggerire ad amici e conoscenti.
I had the misfortune to order PVC frames from this company. They missed the 5 frames design of 10 ordered. It took more than three months and the intervention of three so-called door and window frames because the 5 windows were completely installed. The tightness of the frames is very precarious, the closures work partially or do not work. The test was never done and therefore it was not possible to use the tax deduction. Arrogant and unprofessional staff.
