Già dalla visita in showroom ci era parsa molto chiara la loro professionalità e serietà, ci sono state date tutte le informazioni tecniche del caso e insieme abbiamo deciso quale tipologia di infisso rispondesse meglio alle nostre esigenze. Siamo poi stati seguiti in tutti il processo di acquisto dall'Arch. Elia, che ci ha supportati e seguiti passo, passo nella produzione di tutta la documentazione necessaria per l'espletamento delle varie pratiche burocratiche. La vera sorpresa è stata però vedere con quale professionalità ci sono stati montati gli infissi: la squadra di montatori di Meval è arrivata puntualissima all'appuntamento e lavorato in modo impeccabile, proteggendo con teli e simili pavimenti e mobili di casa, e aspirando con loro aspiratori i vari detriti che venivano prodotti durante la sostituzione degli infissi. Sono stati davvero super professionali, oltre ogni aspettativa (avevo sentito racconti di case ricoperte dalla polvere e muri da ripitturare dopo la sostituzione degli infissi, quindi ero parecchio preoccupata), non mi aspettavo di trovare la casa al mio ritorno come l'avevo lasciata la mattina, con l'unica differenza di vedere finalmente i miei nuovi super infissi. Non possiamo che ritenerci soddisfatti, tutto perfetto dalla fase di scelta/acquisto al montaggio...raccomandiamo Meval a tutti coloro che cercano una ditta seria per la sostituzione delle proprie porte e finestre. Elia, who supported us and followed us step by step in the production of all the documentation necessary for the completion of the various bureaucratic procedures. The real surprise, however, was to see with what professionalism the fixtures were assembled: Meval's team of fitters arrived very punctual for the appointment and worked impeccably, protecting with sheets and similar floors and furniture in the house, and vacuuming with them aspirators the various debris that were produced during the replacement of the fixtures. They were really super professional, beyond all expectations (I had heard tales of houses covered in dust and walls to be repainted after the replacement of the fixtures, so I was very worried), I did not expect to find the house on my return as I had left it. morning, with the only difference of finally seeing my new super fixtures. We can only be satisfied, everything is perfect from the selection / purchase phase to assembly ... we recommend Meval to all those looking for a serious company to replace their doors and windows. La mia scelta è stata dettata fin dall’inizio dalla professionalità dimostrata in fase di offerta dal proprietario Fabrizio e dall’Arch. Elia che ha provveduto, in maniera egregia, a svolgere tutte le pratiche amministrative per la cessione del credito. Come è risaputo la posa dei serramenti in PVC è fondamentale proprio per la tipologia costruttiva del serramento: che dire…attività di trasporto al piano e installazione eseguite da tecnici professionali e professionisti che hanno eseguito tutte le operazioni coprendo i mobili, pulendo le aree circostanti e limitando al minimo il disagio all’interno dell’abitazione. Risultato finale ottimo....onestamente tutto da applausi! Consigliato vivamente a chiunque avesse in mente di sostituire i serramenti. Fanno di tutto per metterti a tuo agio e soddisfare ogni richiesta, sono riusciti a montare infissi e porte molto prima del previsto arrecandomi il minor disagio possibile. La prevendita, il sopralluogo, il continuo contatto con il cliente sono stati una bellissima sorpresa in quanto ti fanno capire la professionalità che hanno.
