Fun wine tasting evening with music included. Romantic outdoor setting. Great food and was able to accommodate a vegetarian (the vegetarian options here were very delicious). Thanks for a great evening!

We didn’t have any booking but the restaurant was half empty, so we were told to wait 10min. We ended up waiting for 30min. We were told to take a table, and when we sat we were told to change to another table that was near an area with a bad smell. The starter was nice, but then the first plates were completely wrong. Two of the pasta plates were uncooked (literally white inside) and one plate of pasta with Mussels missed mussels, and one plate that was supposed to have Ricotta didn’t have any. When they took back the plates, we waited for 30min more minutes to get the new ones. After that, the waitress finally came to us saying that there were no mussels left.

If you go to Felline - and please go, because it is just a beautiful place to go - you HAVE TO visit this place! The food is out of this world: the menu simple and reduced. A festival for vegetarians and vegans. But meat and fish lover will join this celebration. It is run by a brother and sister and both are just wonderful people who know what they are doing! The wine selection is exquisite, and Maria, is also making her own wine (which is on the list, too). The cook is an artist and every time the food tastes different but every time fantastic! Even though, I had been there for just one time, , I ordered a table for my husband and me for my birthday celebration. They were so attentive! They remembered that it was my birthday, had made some specials which were not listet on the menu and surprised me with cake! I was speechless and my heart opened up! Being curious, we had to visit other places in Felline too. Some average, the fish place was good too, but Vito Colta is just the best place to go! All the best for them and much love from Germany!

This is one of those places where one moment you think you’re lost among alleyways, the next you’re emerging into a dazzling piazza flanked by an 800 year old church. Vite Colta is the kind of restaurant I am always hoping to find—homey, delicious, resourceful, in touch with the seasons, and run by a family who clearly cares a lot about their craft (food, wines, liqueurs, desserts). A must visit if you’re in the area.

Amazing atmosphere. We were lucky enough to have a band playing in the piazza when we were there. The owners were eccentric and friendly. The food was delightful as well.

This place is one of the highlights of my trip around Puglia. The ambiance in the cute little square was wonderful. I was there with a big group of friends and tried a bit of many plates (I had the sagne torte and the polpette), and everything was really tasty. They use local products to cook their dishes and have plenty of knowledge about the food and wines of the region ( they have fantastic natural wines from their own vineyards). A great restaurant not to be missed.

Magical place! Was one of the culinary highlights in Puglia for me. The staff was soo welcoming and friendly (they speak English really well) and told us a lot about the foods and wines. They were super down to earth, and just love to discuss good food - I love that. They have a lot of regional dishes that were super special. I tried horse tripe for the first time and it was super delicious. The other dishes were too. It’s situated in a cute village that has a magical atmosphere. Wine wise they make their own wines - unfortunately most of them were sold out but their Primitivo was great. We also had a bottle of Verdecca which was of a friend of theirs, it was out of this world. I had to drive home so couldn’t go to crazy, so I recommend you stay in the village or get someone to drive you haha. We had a digestive that was almond liquor and was amazing too. Its run by a family, everyone is doing something culinary and they all have great stories.

What you could define as the perfect Italian restaurant, but with an extensive natural wine menu. The owners are incredibly friendly and have a lot of knowledge about the region and its food that they love to share. The menu itself is varied and everything’s delicious — the rainbow antipasti and pasta were perfect. To top it off, the owner gave us free homemade almond liqueur. All of this in a beautifully romantic setting in the center of Felline. Highly, highly recommended!
