 After 3 years we returned to Salento and, given the previous visit, it was a must to return to this fantastic restaurant. The location is very beautiful. The dishes ?????. Here you are never wrong. Really congratulations.

Che dire tutto ottimo qualità quantità dei piatti ottima personale qualificato educato e simpatico ....Il propietario nonostante avessi avuto difficoltà a farmi capire per avere le pittule ( a Roma si chiamano in modo diverso) mi ha fatto cucinare di tutto purché accontentarmi per poi alla fine capire cosa stavo chiedendo ed è stato meravigliosamente simpatico e soprattutto comprensivo.... Grazie ancora .....
Il ristorante si trova nella piazza principale di Alliste dove un bel venticello accompagna una cenetta tranquilla e rilassante

We went to this restaurant on the advice of friends who had been there before ..... What about everything excellent quality quantity of dishes excellent qualified staff polite and nice .... The owner despite having had difficulty in making me understand to have the pittule (in Rome they are called differently) made me cook everything as long as I was satisfied and then in the end understand what I was asking and was wonderfully nice and above all understanding .... Thanks again .....
The restaurant is located in the main square of Alliste where a nice breeze accompanies a quiet and relaxing dinner
I recommend to try we will be back as soon as possible

The staff is very friendly and makes you feel as comfortable as can be. When you are in Racale during dinnertime D'An Vé is the place to be!
