Dopo due giorni di tira e molla in cui non si capiva come e quando pagare e dove trovarsi, ho ricevuto una telefonata dal sc in cui sono stata accusata di non voler pagare nei tempi, oltretutto con modi maleducati e un atteggiamento poco adeguato ad un servizio clienti. Che dire, esperienza non vissuta e la voglia di rivolgersi a questa compagnia è sicuramente passata.
Bad customer service, I tried to book through the site and failing I contacted customer service directly. After two days of back and forth in which it was not clear how and when to pay and where to be, I received a phone call from the sc in which I was accused of not wanting to pay on time, moreover with rude ways and an inappropriate attitude to a service clients. What can I say, unlived experience and the desire to turn to this company has certainly passed.

A big thank you to Rosario who organized two wonderful tours (Panarea-Stromboli and Lipari-Vulcano) with professionalism and commitment.
