Mi sono rivolta a loro per un transfer verso e dall'aeroporto e mi sono trovata due persone che mi proponevano prezzi e soluzioni differenti smentendosi a vicenda e man mano esigevano sempre più soldi cambiando le condizioni di accordo iniziali! Ah, niente fattura se non l'avessi chiesta...indecenti! E mi fermo qui.... Zero professionalism! Not even seriousness, they are improvised people !! a	alex barbera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Potrei limitarmi a dire tutto perfetto e sarebbe solo la verità ma, oggettivamente, sarei troppo riduttivo visto la qualità e la quantità dei servizi che questa Agenzia, con la A maiuscola, ci ha fornito. Assistenza prima durante e dopo il viaggio in Norvegia: prima tramite la programmazione che è durata praticamente 22 mesi (causa pandemia) e riprogrammata svariate volte, durante il viaggio con chiamate e messaggi giornalieri per accertarsi che tutto fosse perfetto ed attivarsi in caso di bisogno (cosa che causa clima avverso ci è capitato ma risolto prontamente e forse ci è andata pure meglio) ed infine dopo la fine del viaggio per sapere se la luna di miele era stata di nostro gradimento. Onestamente neanche nelle mie più rosee aspettative speravo di vivere una esperienza di tal livello e di tutto ciò saremo sempre grati a Nadia per gli splendidi momenti, ricordi e luoghi che ci ha permesso di vivere. Una menzione infine per gli Hotel che ci ha prenotato...uno più bello di un altro e con la ciliegina di Flam che ci ha fatto letteralmente sentire come coloro che vivono nel paese delle favole. Prima viaggio che ci ha organizzato e sicuramente non sarà l'ultimo. Solo 2 ultimissime parole: GRAZIE NADIA I could limit myself to saying everything perfect and it would be only the truth but, objectively, I would be too reductive given the quality and quantity of the services that this agency, with a capital A, has provided us. Assistance before, during and after the trip to Norway: first through the programming that lasted practically 22 months (due to pandemic) and rescheduled several times, during the trip with daily calls and messages to make sure that everything was perfect and activate in case of need ( something that causes adverse weather has happened to us but resolved promptly and perhaps it went even better) and finally after the end of the trip to find out if the honeymoon was to our liking. Honestly, not even in my wildest expectations did I hope to live an experience of this level and for all this we will always be grateful to Nadia for the wonderful moments, memories and places she allowed us to live. Finally, a mention for the hotels that he booked us ... one more beautiful than another and with the icing of Flam that literally made us feel like those who live in the land of fairy tales.
