Uno viene con il viaggio organizzato e poi si ritrova in questa situazione!!! Veramente vergognoso!!

Inizialmente mi hanno dato una seat ibiza da rottamare. sporca e intossicata di fumo con 161.000 km anche se avevo prenotato un'altra vettura che il precedente cliente aveva richiesto di trattenere un giorno in più. Non ho messo una stella perché hanno mostrato flessibilità nella restituzione dell'auto oltre l'orario di riconsegna e ci hanno cambiato la macchina dopo qualche ora e dopo aver reclamato per un auto mal funzionante. Rimane il fatto che una macchina così sporca e con la frizione che slitta non dovrebbe mai essere consegnata ad un cliente. La pulizia, la sicurezza e la sanificazione non possono essere un optional. L'errore più grande è stato il mio che non avrei dovuto accettare la seat ibiza ma nel giorno di ferragosto sarei rimasta a piedi con tutti i bagagli.
My very bad experience is related to renting a car.
