G	Goblin Caminiti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto un biglietto di andata e ritorno di 550 euro con un camion, nel momento in cui dovevo utilizzate il ritorno, non me lo hanno fatto utilizzare perché dovevo partire con un altro camion perché quello il primo utilizzato all'andata era guasto, e mi hanno rimborsato solo 60 euro di 550 euro, perché mi hanno scritto che 490 sono per l'andata, 60 per il ritorno. Mai più I made a round trip ticket of 550 euros with a truck, when I had to use the return, they did not let me use it because I had to leave with another truck because the first one used on the outward journey was broken, and I they reimbursed only 60 euros of 550 euros, because they wrote me that 490 are for the outward journey, 60 for the return. Never again

a	amp amp on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A short stop on my way to Valetta. The terminal is in fact just an office and not much more. There is no waiting area or bar or toilette. Additionaly, they say you should arrive 1,5 hour before departure - I can assure you 15 minutes will be enough.

J	Julian Erasmus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our return ferry from Sicily was cancelled due to bad weather, but when we tried to call at 08:30 in the morning when their offices are meant to open no one was there for over an hour! In these circumstances I would argue the office should have been open even earlier to deal with customer issues, not over an hour late! This ruined our last day on holiday as we were stressed and had no idea what to do. The ferry qe sis manage to get on was then an hour late, and when we arrived in Valleta the driver needed 6 attempts to Dock the boat which added another 45 mins on the journey. We were travelling with a 1.5 year old and all these issues made it very difficult with her. I must say when on the actual boat it is nice and my daughter really enjoyed it as there is a lot of space!
