★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NEVER EVER go here. They scam you with the contract and taking your money from the bank account. Im not the only one who got scammed from here. Ppl I met here told me all they got scammed same tricks as I got. ( I did one year contract and before the year finishing i told them i don’t want to continue. Then they said it’s not possible for nothing. And took my money automatically till I stoped my credit card. ) SHAME ON YOU seriously.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The whole system doesn't allowed clients to communicate with them if not in person at the gym. No customer care service, neither via App or call center. I sent several Certified Emails (PEC) and never got a reply. They keep charging me the monthly fee since 3 months even though I sent via certified mail my contract termination as I moved my residency to another country. Unprofessional. If they replicate such a trick to hundreds of their clients, the extra revenues go streight into pumping their EBIDTA. I am forced to proceed legally. -
Editing on 09/09 after the reply below: you answer now to my PEC after 7 (!!!) months, not accepting my termination. You are not behaving as per a serious international corporate standards. If you are a foreign young professional that needs flexibility and fast customer care, find a different gym.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A really great gym with complete swimming pool and wellness areas. Those who criticize the high prices should be aware of the fact this is not just a gym, but it offers all these services in a single membership, just like in other Virgin Active clubs. Maybe it would be good to make some limited memberships for those who just want the gym, the swimming pool, etc... In order to let people who do not use everything save some money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would say that this place is really a big deal they have everything for you to relax your body and mind, they have a lot of programs like yoga, pilates, idrobike....and a place to relax like idromessagio, sauna...for a perfect weekend escapade, you should not miss to be in this place...
