★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto un incidente stradale con ragione e la Zurich nel quale sono assicurato, non mi sta tutelando nella maniera corretta, hanno messo la mia moto incidentata su internet, senza il mio permesso, per rimborsarmi di meno, escludendo per di più i pagamenti che ho avuto con il carroattrezzi...risultato finale: ho girato tutto all'avvocato e non assicurerò più nessun veicolo con loro! Complimenti per vostra super negligenza
 I had a road accident with reason and the Zurich in which I am insured, is not protecting me in the correct way, they put my damaged motorcycle on the internet, without my permission, to reimburse me less, excluding the payments I have had with the wrecker ... final result: I turned everything over to the lawyer and I will no longer insure any vehicles with them! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho una polizza auto e dopo aver denunciato un sinistro di lieve entità direttamente dall'area riservata del sito, e mi è subito arrivata la email che entro 3 giorni con numero del sinistro e i riferimenti del liquidatore.
Mi hanno chiamato per maggiori informazioni ma purtroppo non ho potuto rispondere, mi arriva sms che mi chiede di chiamare un certo numero e da li è stata un'odissea...
Nonostante ore di tentativi non sono riuscito a parlare con nessuno, in chat mi hanno promesso che mi avrebbero contattato loro direttamente al massimo entro 6 ore ma dopo 6 giorni sto ancora aspettando...
Veramente un servizio di assistenza clienti pessimo, non avrei mai creduto una cosa del genere.

They called me for more information but unfortunately I could not answer, I get text messages asking me to call a certain number and from there it was an odyssey ...
Despite hours of trying I could not talk to anyone, in chat they promised me that they would contact me directly within 6 hours but after 6 days I am still waiting ...
Truly bad customer service, I never would have believed such a thing.
