Je fais un recours contre cet établissement

Ingen WI-FI /ingen hiss/Reception och personal tar inte ansvar/ingen toa papper/ingen lampa i trapporna och etc.??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unica nota positiva la posizione. A 50 metri dal ponte rialto ma per il resto 0. Camere sporche nn c’era acqua calda e riscaldamento non funzionava. Pessimo
The only positive note the location. At 50 meters from the Rialto bridge but otherwise 0. Dirty rooms nn was no hot water and heating did not work. Very bad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sconsiglio a tutti, VIVAMENTE . Gentilezza hanno lasciato a casa, poco professionali. Specialmente il personale alla reception è molto scorbutico nel rispondere alle domande di routine. Se state cercando la professionalità e gentilezza sicuramente è ultimo posto da visitare.
I do not recommend to everyone, LIVE. Kindness left home, unprofessional. Especially the reception staff is very grumpy in answering routine questions. If you are looking for professionalism and kindness it is definitely the last place to visit.

Location - 4 stars. The apartment was very close to St Marks square.
Beds - 4 stars. Neat and clean
Bathroom - 3.5 stars.
Amentities - 3.5 stars. Microwave not clean, smoky.
Aircon 4 stars. Very good
Internet 3 stars. Slow.
Security 4 stars. Good security.
Space and Decor 4 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When are you considering the hotel is cheap and feasible.... you are wrong . Hotel take a money from us for late entrance to the hotel. 26 euros. Totally 110 euros cash. Not accepted credit card. And room is dirty, air conditioner is not working well... So we are very disappointed from this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t recommend it, even if you are out of options . The fridge was broken. TV was not working. WiFi was not working. Air conditioning was leaking. The shower was clogged. I have a big family with 4 kids, and my stay was troublesome. After we got the keys the staff would not answer the phone nor answer the SMS’s (surprisingly, they would answer quickly until after the payment). I would place zero stars if I could.
