V	Valentina Poli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il peggior centro estetico mai visitato: concordo un tatuaggio semipermanente (accordo la cifra dopo invio di foto) viene eseguito con pigmenti sbagliati (errata valutazione dell'incarnato) e il tatuaggio risulta nero bluastro, mi viene detto che con la seconda battitura a cui aggiungeranno il rosso sara' ok, ma il risultato e' anche peggio:il sopracciglio risulta a chiazze. Chiedo quindi il rimborso e loro, pur facendomi intendere che rimborseranno, poiche' il danno e' evidente, mi rigirano il n. di una assicurazione che non copre, senza preoccuparsi minimamente di rispondere personalmente alla richiesta, lavandosene le mani -e assicurandosi cosi' un procedimento legale-. Quello che trovo assurdo e' non che l' operatrice abbia commesso un errore, che puo' succedere, e' umano, ma che non riuscisse a capire li' per li' "dove era il prolema" e che per lei il suo lavoro era bello, cercando di far passare me per una cliente incontentabile quando la procedura di pigmantazione poco riuscita sarebbe stata evidente anche a un bambino. E' la terza volta che tatuo il sopracciglio (presso un centro in un altra citta'), e non ho mai avuto problemi , la prima qui...e son davvero basita per le modalita' ignoranti. Risultato:denuncia immediata per danno ! Complimenti! Proprio serio questo centro! Appuntamento alle 11.30, tempo stimato 75' per ceretta e semipermanente unghie: perfetto! Peccato che abbiamo iniziato con mezz'ora di ritardo (12.00) e finito con 15' di anticipo (13.00) facendo tutto di corsa, probabilmente per recuperare il ritardo. Risultato: ceretta dolorosissima (pur essendo abituata, la faccio ogni mese) e unghie sanguinanti, che hanno iniziato a staccarsi dopo soli 2 giorni..mai successo... Spero vada meglio la prossima volta... Finito il trattamento andando in cassa un'unghia non si era ancora asciugata probabilmente e si è levata subito e me l hanno rifatta per far capire la professionalità. L ho fatto lunedì sera e al martedi alle 11 del mattino lo smalto si era tolto già in meta delle dita come fosse uno smalto semplice fatto in casa. Grazie a loro ho le unghie tutte rotte (mai avuto problemi con le unghie prima)perche me le hanno distrutte per come sono state limate e nessun unghia ha la forma uguale all altra. Terribile. Un po' di serietà per le prossime clienti , non si scherza solo per poter prendere qualche soldo in piu Worst experience of my life.
