★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frequento questo centro da più di un anno e lo consiglio a tutti! Ho avuto modo di provare diversi trattamenti (consigliatissima epilazione laser) e sono sempre rimasta soddisfatta! Ottimi anche i loro prodotti. Locali accoglienti e puliti, ma soprattutto PERSONALE SUPERTOP! Ti senti a casa da subito, sono preparatissime e bravissime. Non posso fare altro che dare 5 stelle ?
 I have been attending this center for more than a year and I recommend it to everyone! I got to try different treatments (laser hair removal highly recommended) and I was always satisfied! Their products are also excellent. Cozy and clean rooms, but above all SUPERTOP STAFF! You feel at home immediately, they are very well prepared and very good. All I can do is give it 5 stars ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bella atmosfera, prenotato la ceretta il giorno stesso ed è stato l'unico posto in cui sono riuscita a trovare disponibilità immediata anche grazie al fatto che hanno due sedi. Devo dire che le ragazze (soprattutto Sara che mi ha seguita oggi) sono veramente in gamba, gentili e professionali! Consiglio vivamente!!
Nice atmosphere, booked the same day waxing and it was the only place where I was able to find immediate availability thanks to the fact that they have two locations. I must say that the girls (especially Sara who followed me today) are really smart, kind and professional! I highly recommend !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho eseguito due trattamenti:
- laminazione ciglia (curvatura delle ciglia): servizio professionale e ragazza davvero cordiale. Risultato soddisfacente, durata effetto secondo quanto previsto, più di tre settimane;
- henné sopracciglia (effetto 'tatuaggio' temporaneo) con altra ragazza, un po' più sbrigativa. Purtroppo non sono stata ben informata riguardo la durata del trattamento poiché altrimenti MAI avrei speso 70 euro per un risultato durato una settimana. Ho infatti richiamato per capire il motivo di una durata così infima e solo allora mi è stato spiegato che a livello di colore sulla pelle questo trattamento sarebbe durato circa 10 gg mentre il colore sulle sopracciglia (sul pelo) sarebbe durato di più. Considerando che il mio colore naturale di sopracciglia è NERO, ovviamente non avrei mai optato per questo trattamento ma in fase informativa questa delucidazione non mi è stata data, di conseguenza ho letteralmente buttato i miei soldi.
Consiglio questo luogo sicuramente per la disponibilità e l'accoglienza, sconsiglio vivamente il trattamento di henné poiché il rapporto qualità-prezzo è davvero pessimo per chi, come me, la già le sopracciglia scure e intendeva avere un effetto di riempimento, seppur temporaneo, un minimo duraturo.
Non fosse stato per la mancata delucidazione, avrei dato 5 stelle.
I performed two treatments:
- eyelash lamination (eyelash curl): professional service and really friendly girl. Satisfactory result, duration of effect as expected, more than three weeks;
- eyebrow henna (temporary 'tattoo' effect) with another girl, a little more hasty. Unfortunately I was not well informed about the duration of the treatment as otherwise I would NEVER have spent 70 euros for a result that lasted a week. In fact, I called back to understand the reason for such a minimal duration and only then was it explained to me that in terms of color on the skin this treatment would last about 10 days while the color on the eyebrows (on the hair) would last longer. Considering that my natural eyebrow color is BLACK, obviously I would never have opted for this treatment but in the informative phase this clarification was not given to me, consequently I literally wasted my money.
I definitely recommend this place for its availability and hospitality, I strongly advise against the treatment of henna since the quality-price ratio is really bad for those who, like me, already have dark eyebrows and wanted to have a filling effect, albeit temporary, a lasting minimum.
Had it not been for the lack of clarification, I would have given it 5 stars.

Il personale è super professionale, disponibile a chiarire ogni dubbio e a consigliare il trattamento più adatto. Ogni trattamento viene spiegato e illustrato nei vari passaggi. C'è una particolare attenzione ai minimi dettagli e a far sentire la cliente a proprio agio. Un ringraziamento particolare a Sara che sa sempre consigliarmi al meglio. Lo consiglio, così come consiglio i loro prodotti.
I have been attending this beauty center for a few months and I must say that it is among the best for professionalism, availability, cleanliness and compliance with anticovid standards. The staff is super professional, available to clarify any doubts and to recommend the most suitable treatment. Each treatment is explained and illustrated in the various steps. There is a particular attention to the smallest details and to make the customer feel at ease. A special thanks to Sara who always knows how to advise me in the best possible way. I recommend it, as well as recommend their products.
