S	Silvia Santuccio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho prenotato un tavolo per festeggiare un evento importante e purtroppo i miei invitati si sono ritrovati a vivere un ESPERIENZA DA DIMENTICARE. Dopo 1 ora mezza siamo riusciti ad ordinare i cocktail ma questi NON SONO MAI ARRIVATI al nostro tavolo. Il barman ad un certo punto è uscito dal locale per fumarsi la sigaretta, lasciandoci senza parole. La moglie del proprietario ha detto più volte che gli avevamo rotto i cogl...ni, quindi ci siamo alzati per andare via, ma non è finita. Avevo portato una torta e sostenevano che non l'avessi mai consegnata a loro, quindi siamo dovuti entrare di forza in cucina a cercare la torta che fortunatamente abbiamo ritrovato. Un locale in centro davvero PESSIMO che merita di chiudere. Invece di chiamarsi vinoverso dovrebbe chiamarsi VINO DI TRAVERSO. I booked a table to celebrate an important event and unfortunately my guests found themselves living an EXPERIENCE TO FORGET. After 1 1/2 hours we were able to order the cocktails but these NEVER ARRIVED at our table. At one point the barman came out of the room to smoke a cigarette, leaving us speechless. The owner's wife has said several times that we broke his balls, so we got up to leave, but that's not all. I had brought a cake and they claimed that I never gave it to them, so we had to forcefully go into the kitchen to find the cake that we luckily found. A really bad place in the center that deserves to close. Instead of being called vinoverso it should be called VINO DI TRAVERSO.

Udendo ciò abbiamo deciso di andare via, imbarazzante che non sapevano dove fosse la torta e abbiamo dovuto attendere per ritrovarla. Pessimi e maleducati An hour of waiting for cocktails, after the umpteenth time we asked for cocktails one (I assume the owner's wife) said to the barman "make the cocktails that broke my balls ...". Hearing this we decided to leave, embarrassing that they did not know where the cake was and we had to wait to find it. Bad and rude

Beautiful place ... welcoming ... excellent cuisine ... impeccable service ... a new place ... interesting to try again ... I recommend it.

Semplicemente sublime, arancinetta al nero di seppia, gamberoni, polpette di pesce spada, baccalà con cipolle caramellate, spiedini di calamari, cozze scoppiate e un drink a scelta ed alla fine pentolino di risotto ai frutti di mare. Stupendo senza appesantirsi. Merita moltissimo, da gustare assolutamente. Instead of dinner I opted for an aperitif. Simply sublime, arancinetta with cuttlefish ink, prawns, swordfish meatballs, cod with caramelized onions, squid skewers, exploded mussels and a drink of your choice and at the end a pan of risotto with seafood. Gorgeous without getting heavy. It deserves a lot, to be enjoyed absolutely.

C	Carol Rolnick on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Okay food, but not special. Great location in Politeama section of Palermo. Very crowded for February at 8:30-9:30. Maybe that shows locals like it -- I think we were the only non-Italians there, usually a good sign. Waiter & service was great.

Friendly and polite staff, though a bit slow. Ordered a starters' assortment, a beef taglata and a beer. It was ok. Normal prices
