★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the 7 course tasting menu. Everything was superbly cooked and tasty. Had a few glasses of Sicilian wine. One of it was 100% natural and quite excentric and went excellent with the equally great fish dish. Best tiramisu ever. By far the best place I visited in my week around Sicily. Atmosphere for so soothing with the dimmed lights and nice jazz music. The waitresses were nice and helpful explaining every dish and wine. I highly recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience, a very demanding restaurant. A good restaurant should make good dishes, not give customers too many rules. If you want a relaxing and happy dinner, I don't recommend this place at all. BTW, we decided to leave as we couldn't order what we wanted, but had to pay a service charge of 6 euros, even we just sit there and tried to figure out what we can eat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently had dinner at Bebop and it was absolute perfection! We chose the 5 course degustation menu and loved every single dish. It’s always a good experience if some unusual flavour combinations get served.
For me personally the wine was the greatest discovery since I like really heavy wines - which I would’ve not expected from a Nero d‘Avola (Lu Patri, 2018). Service was amazing too. Price/value is more than fair. We highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambiance great, food is very hit or miss.
The main positive of this place is the ambiance. However even this gets disturbed by the waiter who awkwardly hovers around the table.
The menu is incredibly unclear, the waitress first said we could choose 5 dishes, then said we get all the dishes, and then proceeded to randomly choose 5 dishes for us. The majority of the dishes were mediocre or almost inedible, with a few gems in between.
One dish was raw shrimp guts with a slab of frankfurter. The spleen and blood were present and it felt uncivilised eating it. If given the choice, I wouldn’t have chosen this.
When we explained to the waiter that there seemed to be confusion with the menu as we thought we should choose the options, she offered us another dish for free but then the chef advised we’d need to pay extra for these! Paying for their mistake? I would have left this with 1 star but the chef apologised with an extra dish.
Overall, I feel that this place has potential but is let down by mixed service and mixed quality of dishes, which we wouldn’t expect at this price point.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really worth the visit. We had the 7 course dinner along with a wine pairing. You definitely feel they are trying all kinds of interesting food combinations, while at the same time sourcing from local ingredients. Not every dish worked out great, but it was nice having your taste palete surprised from such a young staff on both the dish itself as the wine pairing along with it.
