Lo vengo a sapere per caso da altre persone, chiedo spiegazioni all'agenzia che mi risponde che hanno dato il consenso loro allo spostamento per non farmi perdere la vacanza.......senza avvertirmi. Ma questi sono matti???...
I book for a hotel and find myself in another, divided from my group. I come to know by chance from other people, I ask for explanations to the agency which replies that they have given their consent to move so as not to make me lose my holiday ....... without warning me. But these are crazy ??? ...
