I Trevisani, illustre famiglia veneta, a causa di disordini politici, furono costretti a lasciare la loro terra d'origine e verso il 1500 si stabilirono a Montella. Il giudice Carlo Trevisani, alla fine del 1930, dopo aver venduto l'abitazione di famiglia al casale Laurini, acquistò questa villa, di proprietà del dottore Francesco Paolo De Stefano, uno degli esponenti più attivi del repubblicanesimo in Irpinia e a Napoli.
Beautiful villa with park of 1700.
The Trevisani, an illustrious Venetian family, due to political unrest, were forced to leave their homeland and around 1500 settled in Montella. The judge Carlo Trevisani, at the end of 1930, after selling the family home to the Laurini farmhouse, purchased this villa, owned by the doctor Francesco Paolo De Stefano, one of the most active exponents of republicanism in Irpinia and in Naples.
