V	Valentina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa e la 4 volta che ci affittiamo la casa ad augusta e questa volta ci siamo trovato malissimo...siamo arrivati alle 12:00 e ancora la casa era tutta sporca c'era un casino ci siamo accomodati fuori in veranda le due signore delle pulizie hanno potuto fare il possibile anche loro erano un po dispiaciute xke eravamo fuori messi con due bambini cmq in casa siamo entrati alle 16:30 le.signore hanno fatto il possibile nn era la casa molto pulita il frigo nn funzionante poi la compagna del proprietario quando parlava mi metteva ansia perché iniziò a dirmi allora signora ci sono delle regole persone extra non possono entrare in piscina e nn si possono fare inviti nn si può mangiare a bordo piscina non si può fare caciara xke da quest'anno ce il b&b noi abbiamo rispettato le.regole ma gli altri non tanto aveva sempre di dirci qualcosa...cmq stamattina ce ne siamo andati e lei alle 9:30 e arrivata x dirci a che ora andate via?ci stava col fiato al collo troppo pesante....il posto e magnifico come semrpe ci siamo trovati sempre bene ma quest'anno NO....saluti.... This is the 4th time that we rent the house in Augusta and this time we felt terrible ... we arrived at 12:00 and still the house was all dirty there was a mess we sat outside on the porch the two ladies of the cleaning could do the possible they too were a little sorry xke we were out with two children anyway in the house we entered at 16:30 le.signore did their possible nn was the house very clean the fridge nn not working then the companion of the owner when he spoke he made me anxious because he started to tell me then there are rules there are extra people can not get into the pool and nn you can make invitations nn you can eat by the pool you can not do caciara xke from this year there b & b we have respected the rules but the others not so much always had to tell us something ... cmq this morning we left and she at 9:30 and arrived x to tell us what time you go away? there was his breath too heavy ... .the place e magnificent as we always found ourselves well but this year NO .... greetings ....

Un’atmosfera magica data dalla splendida struttura proprio sul mare, una bellissima piscina e un giardino incantevole. Struttura circondata da una ridente vegetazione e attrezzata con una piscina di acqua di mare per chi resiste alla tentazione di raggiungere la cala su cui direttamente affaccia la villa. Provate entrambe, godendo di una sana solitudine, certamente difficile da riscontrare nei periodi di alta stagione, accompagnata dalla squisita, discrezionale, fattiva, ospitalità del padrone di casa, l'insostituibile Giuseppe. Un accento particolare sul buon gusto di cui è intrisa la villa, lo stesso vale per la camera ed il bagno di cui abbiamo usufruito. Insomma, proprio una bella esperienza. Annamaria e Luciano. Structure surrounded by pleasant vegetation and equipped with a sea water swimming pool for those who resist the temptation to reach the cove on which the villa directly overlooks. Try both, enjoying a healthy solitude, certainly difficult to find in the high season, accompanied by the exquisite, discretionary, effective hospitality of the owner, the irreplaceable Giuseppe. A particular emphasis on the good taste of which the villa is imbued, the same goes for the bedroom and the bathroom we used. In short, a really good experience. Annamaria and Luciano.
M	Monica Signorini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location favolosa, Giuseppe il padrone di casa è una persona fuori dagli schemi, generoso, altruista, si fa in quattro per accontentare le esigenze degli ospiti. Al mattino ti fa sempre trovare una colazione esagerata con brioches fresche, caffè e cappuccino. Ho trascorso 5 giorni da sogno con il mio cane, che si è subito sentito come a casa, scorrazzando in giardino mentre io facevo colazione in veranda. Ogni mattina vedevo l'alba sul mare dal terrazzo della mia stanza, poi scendevo in spiaggia attraverso il cancello che dà direttamente sugli scogli. La consiglio vivamente a tutti, mi sono sentita veramente come a casa. ? Fabulous location, Giuseppe the host is a person outside the box, generous, selfless, he goes out of his way to satisfy the needs of guests. In the morning he always makes you find an exaggerated breakfast with fresh croissants, coffee and cappuccino. I spent 5 dream days with my dog, who immediately felt at home, running around in the garden while I ate breakfast on the veranda. Every morning I saw the sunrise over the sea from the terrace of my room, then I went down to the beach through the gate that overlooks the rocks. I highly recommend it to everyone, I really felt like at home. ?

M	Mary on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a terrible experience!! The landscape was amazing but everything wasn't good. You can't use the fridge or the kitchen. The female host was unpleasant, rude and she was everywhere. She followed us in the swimming pool or when we went out in the garden. The rooms were dirty, there were hairs on the bedside table and the floor was dirty, too. There was not the daily cleaning of the rooms. You mustn't enter in the house if your flip flop aren't dry or if you wear swimsuit. You can't eat or drink anything in the garden, in the room or by the pool because the female host said us : "this is my home and I don't want the ants". In the insertion there were the photos of a barbecue and a Playstation but you mustn't use them. Breakfast was pathetic: there were: biscuits, milk, marmelade, Nutella and yoghurt. In the other b&b where I was, there was another type of Breakfast: eggs, bacon, croissant, tarts and cakes.It was not a b&b but a prison. The hosts said us that in our two rooms, there were 2 bathrooms and 2 air conditioners but it was NOT TRUE. We were 5 people and when a friend needed the bathroom, he had to enter in my room... Another thing: in the garden there was a table with some chairs: One day I was sit down with my friends and the female host arrived banging her books on the table during our conversation, with the intention to kick out us... there is no words... Rudeness and arrogance were commonplace. Waste of money !!! Zero stars!!!

The villa is well situated only 30 minutes from Catania airport and 15 from Siracusa. My family and me after the awful Covid quarantine needed to spend some days relaxing, staying at a fascinating white stone beach but the kids preferred the beautiful sea water pool of the villa. I truly recommend this villa and I want to thank the owner Giuseppe for having spoiled us during our stay we will come back again.

Guiseppe, the owner, is the most helpful and friendly Italian we met in all of our travels. He really makes the experience great! Thanks for a wonderful 3 month vacation!! We hope to see you again soon.
