Fantastic holiday home in a beautiful place. The sea is a few meters away, within walking distance. The house is large, spacious and well-appointed. Super recommended !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer abgeschlossenen Anlage, die nur für Residents befahrbar ist. Zwei Zugänge zum Meer mit Steinstrand gibt es. Einmal mit grüner Liegewiese, Volleyballfeld, etc.
Das Haus erstreckt sich über zwei Stockwerke. Es ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Vermieter reagiert sehr schnell bei Fragen.
Das Haus ist nicht in perfektem Zustand, da stellenweise der Rauputz bröckelt und ein paar der Balkontüren nur schwer oder geräuschvoll aufgehen. Auch muss man wissen, dass das schöne terassenartige Grundstück an eine Bahntrasse angegrenzt, die aber wenig (und vor allem nicht nachts!) befahren ist.
Wir wurden toll empfangen, sogar Frühstück war bereits eingekauft bei unserer Ankunft. Das Haus hat insgesamt vier Schlafzimmer im ersten Stock (2 x Doppel, 2 x Einzel). Auch zwei Bäder sind vorhanden, die zweckmäßig ausgestattet, aber bereits stark genutzt sind.
Die Unterkunft ist gut gelegen für Urlauber, die mit Mietwagen frei beweglich sind und Touren zum Ätna (1,75h), nach Syrakus (1h), Enna (1,75h) oder Agrigent ins Tal der Tempel (2,5h) machen wollen. Vom Balkon im ersten Stock hat man einen direkten Blick auf den Ätna. Das Haus können wir weiterempfehlen, Preis-Leistung sind ok.
The house is located in a closed complex that is only accessible for residents. There are two entrances to the sea with a stone beach. Once with a green lawn, volleyball field, etc.
The house is on two floors. It is tastefully decorated. The landlord reacts very quickly to questions.
The house is not in perfect condition as the rough plaster is crumbling in places and a few of the balcony doors are difficult or noiseless to open. You also have to know that the beautiful terrace-like property is bordered by a railway line that is rarely used (and especially not at night!).
We were warmly welcomed, even breakfast was already bought on our arrival. The house has a total of four bedrooms on the first floor (2 x double, 2 x single). There are also two bathrooms, which are functionally equipped but are already heavily used.
The accommodation is well located for holidaymakers who are free to move around with a rental car and want to make tours to Etna (1.75h), Syracuse (1h), Enna (1.75h) or Agrigento to the Valley of the Temples (2.5h). From the balcony on the first floor you have a direct view of Mount Etna. We can recommend the house, price-performance ratio is ok.
