È lasciata sporca. L estate 2017 non c erano neanche i bidoni dei rifiuti in spiaggia. È un bellissimo luogo sfruttato male. C è un bel pezzo di pineta, sporco anche quello. Tante case sfitte. Sprovviste di lavatrici e aria condizionata. It is a peaceful place. Too bad there is not a market inside since the village is large. And a bar. In addition, the beach is not maintained. It is left dirty. In summer 2017 there were no waste bins on the beach either. It is a beautiful place misused. There is a nice piece of pine forest, dirty too. So many vacant houses. Without washing machines and air conditioning.

Tra i vari villaggi, è sicuramente quello con la disposizione e l'assetto urbanistico migliore (strade larghe, traverse imbocco spiagge sempre vicine ecc). Mancano punti di attrazione, come un bar o un market. D'altro canto, va considerato, che il luogo nasce come residenza estiva di privati e no come villaggio turistico. I servizi sono relativamente vicini. Lentini dista pochi chilometri. Ci si può servire anche di alcuni piccoli negozi posti nei villaggi confinanti. L attrattiva maggiore restano le grandi spiagge, la tranquillità e la bellezza del golfo con uno sfondo favoloso dell'Etna. Da "costagaiese" storica, lo consiglio per quelle coppie, o famiglie, che desiderano trascorrere vacanze tranquille all'insegna della vita da spiaggia. Sconsigliato invece,per tutti gli utenti in cerca delle classice attrazioni da villaggi turistici. Come specificato in precedenza, essendo un villaggio di residenze private, non nasce con lo scopo dell'attrattivo turistico. Being a private village, it is up to us residents to take care of it. Among the various villages, it is certainly the one with the best layout and urban structure (wide roads, side streets, always close beaches, etc.). There are no points of attraction, such as a bar or a market. On the other hand, it should be considered that the place was born as a summer residence for private individuals and not as a tourist village. Services are relatively close. Lentini is a few kilometers away. You can also use some small shops located in the neighboring villages. The main attraction remains the large beaches, the tranquility and the beauty of the gulf with a fabulous background of Etna. As a historical "Costagaiese", I recommend it for those couples, or families, who want to spend quiet holidays in the name of beach life. Not recommended, however, for all users looking for classic attractions from tourist villages. As specified above, being a village of private residences, it was not born with the purpose of tourist attraction.
C	Christian Barone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spiaggia pulita per modo di dire c'era plastica sparsa sia in acqua che nella sabbia e il mare era gradevole se non che era pieno di Alghe. Clean beach so to speak there was plastic scattered both in the water and in the sand and the sea was pleasant except that it was full of algae.

Ci ho passato tutta la mia infanzia e continua ad essere la mia meta preferita in estate????? One of the most beautiful villages on the Ionian coast. Very quiet place in summer despite the intense tourist flow .... and then what to say ??? !! I spent my whole childhood there and it continues to be my favorite summer destination?????
S	Scott Witt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live here year round. It is predominantly a summer vacation spot of privately own homes. So from the beginning of June to the end of August it is very busy. The rest of the year is quiet and peaceful. The beach is nice and sandy and mostly trash free. The beach also has beautiful views of Mt Etna.
