M	Mauro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrivo LETTERALMENTE alle 14:15 fuori dalla accettazione per un appuntamento alle 14:30, non c'è nessuno ad aprire la porta e ho dovuto aspettare 10 minuti prima di poter firmare il triage (generando così un assembramento esterno di altre 3 persone che stavano aspettando di firmare il foglio per entrare). E già qui sareste da denuncia. Finalmente qualcuno si degna di aprire la porta e farmi firmare il foglio del triage, arrivo all'accettazione ed una maleducata in cassa mi allerta di "fermarmi allo stop" con un tono notevolmente sgradevole perché un'altra signora stava finendo di pagare (io avevo semplicemente fatto un passo in più oltre ad una linea che evidentemente vedevano soltanto le cassiere), faccio notare che sono in ritardo alla mia visita per colpa loro, lei inizia a dirmi che sono un maleducato e che se sono in ritardo è colpa mia, non rispondo per essere cortese. Arriva il mio turno per una visita fisiatrica: entro, il dottore mi dice di togliermi la maglietta, mi mette una mano sulla spalla e mi dice "devi fare qualche massaggio". Punto. Visita finita. 22,50€ per bestemmiare e sentirmi dire che devo "fare dei massaggi" in una visita durata meno di 5 minuti? Ma state scherzando? Ero già intenzionato a non mettere più piede in sto posto dopo che ho visto come avete trattato mia nonna dopo una visita, ora ne ho avuto la conferma. Siete ridicoli. Sicuramente non consiglierò mai a nessuno di mettere piede li dentro, vi devono semplicemente chiudere. Una verifica approfondita avrebbe soddisfatto completamente mia moglie ed impiegato lo stesso tempo. Poco professionale ed impressione che il lavoro del medico venga svolto solo per lo stipendio. Il nostro personale si impegna a lavorare ogni giorno con professionalità e competenza e la nostra organizzazione prevede un’indagine interna a fronte di una lamentela. Tuttavia essendo trascorsi 9 anni dalla sua visita non siamo in grado a ricostruire l’operato del medico in turno all’epoca. Un saluto cordiale. Per un assiduo frequentatori di molteplici ospedali come me, la prima volta un appuntamento in orario. Abbastanza soddisfatto anche per quanto riguarda la visita, anche se insisteva, che piegando la gamba in quel modo non potevo sentire dolore... ma garantisco che faceva male. Devo dire di essere stato seguito molto bene sia dai medici che dal personale infermieristico e fisioterapistico. Ambiente abbastanza moderno, con un bel giardino e una bella panoramica sulle montagne, logicamente a regime ospedaliero. La Casa di Cura San Giuseppe, oltre alla riabilitazione ortopedica e neurologica svolge anche un'attività ambulatoriale convenzionata con il Servizio Sanitario Nazionale. Gli appuntamenti devono essere richiesti al numero verde in quanto la struttura non li fissa direttamente. Parcheggio disponibile in loco.
