Purtroppo ho portato a lavare da loro un piumino di vera piuma (pensando di rivolgermi a dei professionisti ?)
Purtroppo il piumino ha avuto dei vuoti di piuma
La loro giustificazione è stata che quel piumino non è stato lavato da loro anzi che secondo loro non è stato proprio lavato?

Non è vero che il cliente ha sempre ragione, però và ascoltato
Professionalità zero specialmente la persona che mi ha accolto
Fate dei corsi di formazione del personale vi conviene
I took several items to wash in this laundry and never had any problems
