Soprattutto complimenti al team delle gentili operatrici socio-sanitarie che con cortesia e professionalità hanno saputo gestire e rassicurare tutti i presenti. Grazie anche alle dottoresse per la delicatezza e pazienza. A dimostrazione che in Italia abbiamo anche molte splendide persone!!! Appointment on March 3 at 2.20 pm for my mother's anti-covid vaccine. A perfect organization right from the reception. Above all, congratulations to the team of kind social and health workers who, with courtesy and professionalism, managed and reassured everyone present. Thanks also to the doctors for their delicacy and patience. Proof that in Italy we also have many wonderful people !!!

Just done the third dose. Contrary to previous reviews, everything went smoothly, quickly and all the staff were delightful.

Nessun cartello, ho provato a fare tutti i numeri del mondo... niente... ma che vergogna!!!! Saturday 16 October appointment for the vaccine. I arrive 15 minutes earlier, I look around ..... all closed! There was a living soul! No sign, I tried to do all the numbers in the world ... nothing ... but what a shame !!!!

Solo vergogna mio marito è andato a fare il vaccino e per mancanza di codice fiscale non gli hanno dato il foglio della vaccinazione nonostante lui si sia informato e tutto poi arrivato lì gli hanno fatto il vaccino e non gli hanno dato il foglio NON FATE IL VACCINO SE NON SI PUO FARE VERGOGNATEVI FATE SOLO PERDERE TEMPO!!!! Shame!!! Only shame my husband went to get the vaccine and for lack of tax code they did not give him the vaccination sheet even though he was informed and everything then arrived there they gave him the vaccine and did not give him the sheet DON'T GET THE VACCINE IF YOU CAN'T BE SHAME ONLY LOSE TIME !!!!
M	Marina Battistella on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ scandaloso! Quello che ho visto manifestarsi oggi all' hotspot vaccinale è a dir poco scandaloso! Alla faccia dell'incentivo a vaccinarsi! File sconclusionate tra prenotati e accessi diretti, persone che entravano al ritmo di un bradipo in pensione... Dopo 1 ora e un quarto che ero in fila (con persone che sono arrivate dopo e non si sa perchè siano finite davanti) e l'ingresso di DUE sole persone della nostra fila, ho desistito.... Alle 15: 15 mi sono fiondata a Chivasso (PalaLancia), dove in 1 ora siamo passati in MILLEMILA (prenotati e NON )un' organizzazione perfetta, una gentilezza ed una simpatia unici! Alle 16.30 ero fuori, vaccinata e prenotata per la seconda dose. Ho avuto esperienza anche con l' hotspot di Moncalieri(Foro Boario): rapido, impeccabile e superorganizzato. Consiglierei a Collegno di farsi un giro in uno dei due siti e magari di farsi spiegare come fanno, perchè essere ben organizzati non è impossibile. scandalous! Inconclusive lines between reserved and direct accesses, people entering at the rhythm of a retired sloth ... After 1 hour and a quarter I was in line (with people who arrived later and it is not known why they ended up in front) and the entry of only TWO people in our row, I gave up .... At 3.15 pm I went to Chivasso (PalaLancia), where in 1 hour we passed in THOUSAND THOUSAND (booked and NOT) a perfect organization, a kindness and a unique sympathy! At 4.30pm I was out, vaccinated and booked for the second dose. I also had experience with the Moncalieri hotspot (Foro Boario): fast, flawless and super organized. I would recommend Collegno to take a tour of one of the two sites and maybe get an explanation of how they do it, because being well organized is not impossible.
S	Simona Pinto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo andati io e mio marito a fare il tampone "rapido " ieri mattina ...appena arriviamo ci comunicano che c'è scritto rapido ma non lo è...ma che l'esito ci sarebbe arrivato ieri nel pomeriggio. Noi rispondiamo che va bene perché a noi serve per questa mattina. Sono le 17.45 del giorno dopo e non abbiamo ancora l'esito.. My husband and I went to swab "quick" yesterday morning ... as soon as we arrive they tell us that it says quick but it is not ... but that the result would have arrived yesterday in the afternoon. We reply that it is okay because we need it for this morning. It is 5.45 pm the next day and we still don't have the result ..
