Da evitare, situazione vergognosa. Mi stupisco sia ancora aperto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale gentile, da migliorare il servizio di prenotazione delle vaccinazioni. Il lasso di tempo per chiamare è brevissimo (dalle 12 alle 13 è inaccettabile) e per farsi rispondere a me sono servite 103 chiamate.
Friendly staff, to improve the vaccination booking service. The time frame to call is very short (from 12 to 13 is unacceptable) and 103 calls were needed to be answered.
