★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi 31ottobre, domenica pomeriggio, ho trovato il sito delle grotte di Catullo chiuso. Ho trovato inconcepibile questa scelta anche perché il week end lungo di Ognissanti ha richiamato molti visitatori che come me sono rimasti a bocca asciutta inspiegabilmente.
Today October 31, Sunday afternoon, I found the site of the Catullus caves closed. I found this choice inconceivable also because the long weekend of All Saints' Day attracted many visitors who, like me, remained inexplicably dry-mouthed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vanaf het water minstens zo mooi als wanneer je naar binnen gaat.
Mooie ruïne, veel informatie te lezen op de informatieborden die op diverse plaatsen op het terrein hangen.
Vooral aan het einde van de route zie je hoe veel er nog van de villa over is.
At least as beautiful from the water as when you enter.
Beautiful ruin, lots of information to read on the information boards that hang in various places on the site.
Especially at the end of the route you can see how much is left of the villa.
