Ma da segnalare poca serietà da parte del propietario della struttura in quanto è molto sgarbato con gli ospiti ed i parenti in visita! Ho visto un ospite chiedere aiuto per poter andare in bagno è il proprietario non ha minimamente prestato attenzione all’ ospite in quanto a suo dire non aveva tempo! Non mi fiderei a dare un mio caro in mano a un personaggio del genere.

But to report the lack of seriousness on the part of the owner of the structure as he is very rude to visiting guests and relatives! I saw a guest asking for help to go to the bathroom and the owner didn't pay any attention to the guest as he said he didn't have time! I wouldn't trust giving a loved one in the hands of such a character.
