Siamo andati a Modena, partendo da altra città non vicina, dopo aver fissato appuntamento con persona dell’Agenzia per la visita di più appartamenti. Dopo aver visitato due appartamenti, abbiamo rappresentato alla consulente che ambedue gli alloggi erano di nostro gradimento e che, comunque, sceglievamo quello più centrale tra i due e che, tornati a casa, gli avremmo mandato i documenti necessari. Tornati nella nostra città, il giorno lavorativo successivo alle visite, l'Agente immobiliare ci comunicava, per via telefonica, che l’inquilino che occupava l’alloggio in questione non lo avrebbe più lasciato nella data prestabilita e che non era in grado di precisare quando fosse andato via. Chiesto poi dell’altro alloggio da noi visitato e su cui comunque già ci eravamo espressi favorevolmente, l’agente immobiliare ci riferiva che l’aveva promesso ad altra persona, benché questa l’avesse visto dopo di noi…… e non ha voluto sapere ragioni. In conclusione, nell’imminenza del trasferimento a Modena, siamo rimasti senza alloggio. Ho continuato a chiamare l’Agenzia per avere notizie sull’alloggio e per avere un’ aiuto nella ricerca di altre sistemazioni, ma non mi ha mai più risposto al cellulare. Very bad experience, complete unreliability, lack of professionalism. We went to Modena, starting from another city not nearby, after having made an appointment with the Agency person to visit more apartments. After visiting two apartments, we represented to the consultant that both houses were to our liking and that, in any case, we chose the more central one between the two and that, back home, we would send him the necessary documents. Back in our city, the business day following the visits, the estate agent informed us, by telephone, that the tenant who occupied the accommodation in question would no longer leave him on the established date and that he was unable to specify when he left. Asked then about the other accommodation we visited and on which we had already expressed ourselves favorably, the real estate agent told us that he had promised it to another person, even though he had seen it after us ...... and he didn't want to know reasons. In conclusion, in the imminence of the transfer to Modena, we were left without accommodation. I kept calling the agency to get news about the accommodation and to get help in finding other accommodations, but it never answered my cell phone again.

Insomma, distanti anni luce dalle agenzie improvvisate e poco serie. Consiglio vivamente. Io e mio marito ci siamo affidati a lei per affittare l'appartamento in cui abitiamo. Vediamo l'annuncio su internet e chiamiamo immediatamente ma purtroppo, con nostro grande dispiacere, qualcuno prima di noi si rivela interessato all'immobile; Monika mi tranquillizza e mi dice che ci avrebbe ricontattati se ci fossero stati immobili idonei alle nostre necessità. Dopo un mese di estenuanti ricerche di immobili in affitto tra Modena e provincia Monika mi richiama avvisandomi che quell'appartamento era nuovamente disponibile perché la persona che si era rivelata interessata per qualche motivo si era tirata indietro. Monika avrebbe potuto semplicemente caricare nuovamente l'annuncio su internet (ricevendo tantissime richieste con certezza e in breve tempo data la natura dell'immobile) ma prima di farlo ci ha contattati perché "eravamo i prossimi della lista". Visitiamo questo appartamento e nel giro di due giorni avevamo già il contratto stipulato e tutto pronto per l'ingresso. Monica si é occupata di tutto lasciandoci solo il piacere di entrare finalmente in casa e anche dopo l'ingresso é sempre disponibile e super gentile, CONSIGLIATISSIMA!! Monika is synonymous with availability, kindness, transparency and professionalism. My husband and I relied on her to rent the apartment we live in. We see the announcement on the internet and call immediately but unfortunately, to our great regret, someone before us is revealed to be interested in the property; Monika reassures me and tells me that she would have contacted us if there were properties suitable for our needs. After a month of exhausting searches for rental properties between Modena and the province, Monika called me back and warned me that the apartment was available again because the person who had been interested for some reason had pulled back. Monika could have simply uploaded the ad on the internet again (receiving many requests with certainty and in a short time given the nature of the property) but before doing so she contacted us because "we were next on the list". We visit this apartment and within two days we had the contract signed and everything ready for entry. Monica took care of everything leaving us only the pleasure of finally entering the house and even after entering she is always available and super kind, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!
