Unica nota negativa?.... Una volta entrati e difficile voler andar via! ? Enchanting place where you immediately feel at ease especially thanks to the people who manage it and who make it more and more beautiful and welcoming! The only negative note? .... Once inside it is difficult to want to leave! ?
D	Domenico Mormando on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bellissimo posto ben curato, la gentilezza e cordialità ad un ottimo livello, cucina stellata, ma gente del posto non può capirla bisogna un po semplificare, unico neo l'aperitivo di benvenuto non all'altezza, assortimento e banco non in linea come il servizio in sala.per tutto il resto consigliato. Beautiful well-kept place, kindness and cordiality at an excellent level, starred cuisine, but locals cannot understand it, you have to simplify it a little, the only drawback is the welcome drink not up to par, assortment and counter not in line as the service in the dining room. for everything else recommended.
A	Arcangelo Michele Stefanizzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato come invitato ad una comunione,sala incantevole niente da dire ma sul pranzo qualità molto bassa salvo soltanto i frutti di mare,secondo antipasto con il polipo duro e patate insaporite per non parlare del primo con il riso hai frutti di mare pieno di sabbia,la frutta la pesca con il nocciolo attaccato che mi stava rompendo un dente,la torta molto scarsa di qualità con ananas che corpiva tutti i sapori.Do due stelle soltanto per la location perché fantastica I was as if invited to a communion, lovely room nothing to say but on the lunch very low quality except only seafood, second appetizer with hard octopus and flavored potatoes not to mention the first with rice you have seafood full of sand , the fruit the peach with the stone attached which was breaking my tooth, the very poor quality cake with pineapple that contained all the flavors. I give two stars only for the location because it is fantastic

Nonostante i rinvii e i mille dubbi causa pandemia, ci hanno sempre ascoltato. La giornata è stata curata nei minimi particolari e consigliandoci al meglio e facendo fronte a tutte le nostre esigenze, anche di cambio menù. Maria via ha accompagnato i tutto il percorso, rendendo questo giorno indimenticabile sia per noi che per i nostri ospiti. We chose this location for our wedding with care, and we were not disappointed. Despite the postponements and the thousand doubts caused by the pandemic, they have always listened to us. The day was treated in detail and advising us in the best possible way and meeting all our needs, including menu changes. Maria via accompanied the whole journey, making this day unforgettable both for us and for our guests.

L’atmosfera natalizia è molto presente, inserita con eleganza nel contesto di Villa La Siragusa: un luogo che congiunge i tipici tratti della Puglia con linee moderne e raffinate! Ciò che mi ha convinta senza dubbi a sceglierli, è stato il fatto che anche gli spazi al chiuso/coperto sono davvero luminosi e regalano una visuale bellissima sul verde dell’esterno, ed anche chi come noi sceglie di sposarsi in questo periodo magico, ha la possibilità di avere a disposizione diverse parti della struttura in cui svolgere la festa: piscina coperta molto suggestiva (con giochi di luce tra pumi e pietra bianca), sala interna ricca di vetrate e di luce, discoteca Il chiascia per il fine serata! Inoltre la villa è inserita in un grande parco naturale a dir poco stupendo! La cucina ed il servizio sono eccellenti: il cibo e le proposte dello chef sono di altissimo livello, il personale è preparato e coccola gli ospiti in modo perfetto. L’organizzatrice Maria Sivo è estremamente competente e sa guidare gli sposi in ogni passo. Sceglierei questa sala altre 1000 volte per il mio grande giorno e consiglio a tutti di visitarla! We have chosen this wonderful location for our winter wedding. The Christmas atmosphere is very present, inserted with elegance in the context of Villa La Siragusa: a place that combines the typical features of Puglia with modern and refined lines! What convinced me without doubts to choose them was the fact that even the indoor / covered spaces are really bright and offer a beautiful view of the greenery of the outside, and even those like us who choose to get married in this magical period, have the possibility of having different parts of the structure in which to celebrate the party: very suggestive indoor swimming pool (with plays of light between pumes and white stone), interior room full of windows and light, Il chiascia disco for the end of the evening! Furthermore, the villa is located in a large natural park that is nothing short of wonderful! The cuisine and the service are excellent: the food and the chef's proposals are of the highest level, the staff are trained and pamper guests in a perfect way. The organizer Maria Sivo is extremely competent and knows how to guide the couple in every step. I would choose this room 1000 more times for my big day and recommend everyone to visit it!

Unica nota dolente, i due primi non mi sono molto piaciuti, ma ovviamente questo dipende dalla scelta fatta dagli sposi. Buffet dei dolci abbondante e super. Tutto ottimo. Location bella anche se non arriva alla straordinaria bellezza di alcune sale di ricevimento che si trovano ad esempio a Molfetta. Comunque lo consiglio I had a wedding a few days ago, really delicious aperitifs, excellent service. The only sore point, I didn't really like the first two, but obviously this depends on the choice made by the couple. Generous and super dessert buffet. All excellent. Beautiful location even if it does not reach the extraordinary beauty of some reception rooms that are found for example in Molfetta. However I recommend it
