Ho chiesto solo se potrei avere una cannuccia e un po' di ghiaccio ma il carissimo signore è stato un grandissimo maleducato. Per una cannuccia e un po' di ghiaccio dovevo pagare degli extra, perché il thé alla fine era caldo ...per me non mi poteva dare né la cannuccia e nemmeno un po' di ghiaccio , bastava dirlo educatamente e con dolcezza, no alzando la voce come lui ha fatto ... The place is nice, but the organization is bad. I only asked if I could have a straw and some ice, but the dearest gentleman was a very big rude man.
