La villa è spaziosa, pulita e fornita di ogni servizio. Il punto forte è la terrazza da cui potrete godere di una vista spettacolare sul mare.
La posizione tattica in cima a un piccolo promontorio fa si che si possa godere di un fantastico microclima ventilato anche nelle giornate più torride.
La Villa è dotata anche di più posti auto all’ombra, di un tavolo da Ping Pong e di una doccia esterna (il barbecue non si può utilizzare, giustamente, visto il rischio di incendio data la vicinanza con la pineta).
Consiglio a tutti di soggiornare presso Villa La Pineta!

The villa is spacious, clean and equipped with every service. The highlight is the terrace from which you can enjoy a spectacular view of the sea.
The tactical position on top of a small promontory means that you can enjoy a fantastic breezy microclimate even on the hottest days.
The Villa is also equipped with several parking spaces in the shade, a Ping Pong table and an outdoor shower (the barbecue cannot be used, rightly, given the risk of fire due to its proximity to the pine forest).
