Splendid villa very close to the sea. Wide spaces both outside and inside and all tastefully furnished. Recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È veramente una villa meravigliosa. Vicinissima alla spiaggia (meno di 3 minuti a piedi) e al lungo mare, a pochi minuti dal centro e dai migliori ristoranti e gelaterie del corso. Il posto macchina in cortile è una peculiarità importantissima per un luogo turistico come San Vito lo Capo; evita lunghe ricerche di parcheggio che risulta anche costoso. Gode di ampi spazi esterni con un favoloso barbecue e di comodi ambienti interni ben arredati e accessoriati di tutto. Consigliatissima.
It is truly a wonderful villa. Very close to the beach (less than 3 minutes on foot) and the seafront, a few minutes from the center and the best restaurants and ice cream parlors of the course. The parking space in the courtyard is a very important peculiarity for a tourist place like San Vito lo Capo; avoid long searches for parking which is also expensive. It enjoys large outdoor spaces with a fabulous barbecue and comfortable interiors well furnished and equipped with everything. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The house is big and comfortable( 5 adults, 2 kids and a baby) very well equipped with everything you need to function just like in your home. There is AC in each room. BIG patio, in door and out door kitchen AND bathroom! And it is literally 3 min from the great sandy beach! Downtown San Vito is 10nish min walk.
