M	Mary Tiaguaro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eravamo un gruppo di circa 25 persone e abbiamo preso degli ombrelloni a 20€. Uno dei signori anziani ci ha detto che nel prezzo erano incluse anche le docce e i servizi. Quando siamo andati a fare la doccia abbiamo visto che dovevamo pagare 1€ a sciacquata (tra l’altro veramente poca acqua). Il signore continua a dirci che lui non ha mai detto che la doccia era inclusa. Veramente una pessima esperienza. We were a group of about 25 people and we took umbrellas for € 20. One of the elderly gentlemen told us that showers and toilets were also included in the price. When we went to take a shower we saw that we had to pay € 1 per rinse (among other things, very little water). The gentleman keeps telling us that he never said a shower was included. A really bad experience.

Solo il bagnino è stato cortese e ci ha accompagnato alla nostra postazione in 4^ fila pagata ben 25€.... Neanche fossimo ad Isola Bella! A pranzo siamo andati nel lido vicino che ha prezzi e staff di tutt'altro livello. L'avessimo saputo prima! I join the chorus of all the other reviews ... OLD RUDE AND IMPERTINENT! Only the lifeguard was courteous and accompanied us to our position in the 4th row paid a good € 25 .... We weren't even in Isola Bella! For lunch we went to the nearby beach which has prices and staff of a completely different level. We had known before!

Appena finisci di mangiare, una signora anziana e scorbutica, ti dice in siciliano che ti devi alzare e te ne devi andare. Se chiedi un caffè a fine pranzo ti rispondono che ti puoi alzare e te lo puoi andare a prendere da solo. Urlano tutti, sono nervosi e maltrattano I clienti. Mai vissuta una cosa simile. Non fanno onore alla bellezza del posto e alla ben nota accoglienza del caldo sud. Vergogna. This is the first time I've met such arrogant and rude people. As soon as you finish eating, an elderly and grumpy lady tells you in Sicilian that you have to get up and you have to go. If you ask for a coffee at the end of lunch, they tell you that you can get up and you can go and get it yourself. Everyone screams, they are nervous and they mistreat customers. Never experienced such a thing. They do not honor the beauty of the place and the well-known welcome of the warm south. Shame.

Faccio i miei complimenti al bagnino FRANCESCO per gentilezza e per il suo costante impegno al lido I was in this beach in June I had a great time, found a front row seat, at an acceptable price, beach with bathrooms and bars (but with little choice). I congratulate the lifeguard FRANCESCO for his kindness and for his constant commitment to the beach

D	Dorothea Gibbs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked for a lemonade and the old man at the cashier with one tooth couldnt hear me so instead of asking his colleague for help he screamed “che cazzo vuoi?” “what the f**k do you want” in Italian. We walked away immediately so I can’t tell you what the food was like but it was very upsetting. Avoid this place if you want a nice relaxing day.
S	Simo Pöysä on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst customer service ever. I asked to use the toilet and they started shouting something in Italian which of course I didn't unserstand. I tried offering to buy something as exchange and finally managed to somehow convince to use the toilet. Even when paying with 20e bill as I didn't have smaller and card wasnt option for them, they started complaining again. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this place so you don't get your day ruined.
