Questa volta abbiamo alloggiato presso l’appartamento Sabbia Verde da Vita. E’ stato un soggiorno piacevolissimo sia per il posto che per l’accoglienza che Vita ci ha riservato. Grazie Vita per averci agevolato la permanenza a San Vito anche nelle piccole cose. Luana Carmine. We were in San Vito lo Capo at the end of October, a beautiful place, it's always a pleasure to come back. This time we stayed at the Sabbia Verde da Vita apartment. It was a very pleasant stay both for the place and for the welcome that Vita has reserved for us. Thanks Vita for making our stay in San Vito easier, even in the little things. Luana Carmine.
G	Gianluca Missaglia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza da 10, appartamento( bello e climatizzato) a 30 metri dal mare ( io e mia moglie uscivamo direttamente solo con il costume per raggiungere la spiaggia ) posto auto interno alla residenza quindi potevamo uscire in macchina in qualsiasi momento e al nostro ritorno non avevamo problemi di parcheggio, negozi ( Market,panificio,pescheria,macelleria,bar,farmacia ecc.) raggiungibili a piedi, eravamo vicini al centro del paese (molto bello) ma fuori dal caos di ristoranti e locali quindi si dormiva tranquillamente e per finire L'OSPITALITÀ di Vita e dei suoi genitori che ci hanno coccolato e trattato non come OSPITI ma come se fossimo dei loro FAMILIARI. Experience from 10, apartment (nice and air-conditioned) 30 meters from the sea (my wife and I went out directly only with the swimsuit to reach the beach) parking space inside the residence so we could go out by car at any time and on our return we did not have parking problems, shops (Market, bakery, fishmonger, butcher, bar, pharmacy etc.) within walking distance, we were close to the town center (very nice) but out of the chaos of restaurants and clubs so we slept peacefully and finally L 'HOSPITALITY of Vita and her parents who pampered and treated us not as GUESTS but as if we were their FAMILIES.
T	Tommaso Panero on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Con mia moglie alloggiamo due periodi, giugno e settembre, da qualche anno e ci siamo sempre trovati molto bene perchè. - la proprietaria, Vita, è sempre molto gentile e disponibile per ogni bisogno; - l'appartamento è grande, molto pulito, con aria condizionata e completo di tutto; - a pochi passi dal mare e vicino agli esercizi commerciali ed al centro; - parcheggio gratuito e custodito ed ombreggiato all'interno della struttura; - abbiamo trovato nella famiglia di Vita la vera ospitalità siciliana. - possibilità di consumare i pasti all'esterno; - doccia anche esterna. Abbiamo già prenotato per il prossimo mese. D	Diego Rizzini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo soggiornato a fine giugno, coppia con 3 bimbe piccole. Ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo. In appartamento c'è tutto, si potrebbe arrivare in maglietta e pantaloncini: al resto, ci pensa Vita! l'appartamento è nuovo, ben tenuto, curato nei dettagli. A noi è piaciuta tantissimo anche la possibilità di fare la doccia sotto le stelle! Spero di non dimenticare nulla e concludo sottolineando l'accoglienza cordiale, discreta ma calorosa della famiglia Caradonna! We stayed at the end of June, a couple with 3 little girls. We had a really great time there. In the apartment there is everything, you could arrive in a t-shirt and shorts: Vita takes care of the rest! the apartment is new, well maintained, with attention to detail. We also loved the chance to shower under the stars! I hope I don't forget anything and conclude by emphasizing the warm, discreet but warm welcome of the Caradonna family!

Ottima location per vacanze estive A stone's throw from the sea and with a reserved parking space. The managers are very welcoming and friendly. Excellent location for summer holidays
g	giuseppe delucia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appartamento vicinissimo al mare completo di tutto,con possibilità di doccia esterna e di mangiare fuori.Posto auto interno all'ombra del secolare ficus.Punto strategico,a piedi puoi raggiungere negozi di alimentari,macelleria,panificio e farmacia. Che dire della propritaria: Vita...una persona squisita,sempre attenta alle nostre esigenze.Ci siamo sentiti a casa e trattati come persone di famiglia non come ospiti...seppur nell'incantevole cornice di San Vito Lo Capo. Da consigliare,ci ritorneremo sicuramente. Apartment very close to the sea complete with everything, with the possibility of outdoor shower and eating out. Internal parking space in the shade of the centuries-old ficus. Strategic point, on foot you can reach grocery stores, butcher, bakery and pharmacy. What about the owner: Vita ... an exquisite person, always attentive to our needs. We felt at home and treated as family members not as guests ... albeit in the enchanting setting of San Vito Lo Capo. To be recommended, we will definitely be back.
G	Giorgio Ollearo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appartamento in ottima posizione, vicino al mare e comodo anche per raggiungere i ristoranti (la maggior parte si trovano dopo 10 min di camminata lungomare, ma ce ne sono anche molti di validi più vicini). L’appartamento è abbastanza confortevole, comodissima la doccia aggiuntiva esterna. Vita è una host speciale: può sembrare un po’ brusca al primo impatto, ma in realtà nasconde un cuore d’oro e vi farà sentire coccolati per tutto il soggiorno! Apartment in an excellent position, close to the sea and also convenient for reaching the restaurants (most are located after a 10-minute walk along the seafront, but there are also many valid ones closer). The apartment is quite comfortable, the additional external shower is very convenient. Vita is a special host: it may seem a bit abrupt at first glance, but in reality it hides a heart of gold and will make you feel pampered throughout your stay!
