Saskia (owner) luistert naar je wensen en wist elke keer binnen ons budget een geschikte accommodatie te vinden. De vijf villa's met privé zwembad die wij in het verleden hebben gehuurd kenmerken zich door rust, ruimt en comfort, gelegen op de meest mooie en bijzondere plekken in Umbrië.

Saskia (owner) listens to your wishes and always managed to find a suitable accommodation within our budget. The five villas with private pool that we have rented in the past are characterized by peace, space and comfort, located in the most beautiful and special places in Umbria.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo trascorso una settimana a Casa Uliveto nell'appartamento Quercia.
Gli appartamenti sono a un kilometro circa da Valfabbrica: è facile raggiungere i principali servizi (supermercati, distributori di carburante ecc.) e la superstrada che collega Valfabbrica con le principali città come Assisi, Gubbio e Perugia è molto vicina.
Casa Uliveto è immersa nella natura: si trova su una collina vicino a Valfabbrica, ed è raggiungibile con una strada sterrata che può inizialmente preoccupare i meno esperti. Questo però fa sì che la zona sia molto tranquilla e che si possano trascorrere giornate di completo relax, anche grazie alla piscina, circondata da uliveti.
L'appartamento Quercia è accogliente e adatto a due persone; il bagno sembra rinnovato di recente, la camera è spaziosa e nella cucina abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario per le nostre esigenze.
Ringraziamo infine Paolo per essere stato accogliente e disponibile. Consigliamo di certo Casa Uliveto a chiunque cerchi una vacanza rilassante o un posto da cui visitare l'Umbria!
We spent a week at Casa Uliveto in the Quercia apartment.
The apartments are about one kilometer from Valfabbrica: it is easy to reach the main services (supermarkets, petrol stations, etc.) and the highway that connects Valfabbrica with the main cities such as Assisi, Gubbio and Perugia is very close.
Casa Uliveto is surrounded by nature: it is located on a hill near Valfabbrica, and can be reached by a dirt road that may initially worry the less experienced. However, this means that the area is very quiet and that you can spend days of complete relaxation, also thanks to the swimming pool, surrounded by olive groves.
The Quercia apartment is welcoming and suitable for two people; the bathroom looks recently renovated, the room is spacious and in the kitchen we found everything we needed for our needs.
Finally, we thank Paolo for being welcoming and helpful. We certainly recommend Casa Uliveto to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday or a place to visit Umbria!

Saskia & Sylvia at Villa in Umbria have been absolutely great & nothing has been too much trouble. From initial booking to payment & being welcomed at the property by Arben the caretaker everything has gone smoothly.
Any questions or queries have been answered quickly & effectively.
If you are looking for a holiday rental in Umbria please give these people a try - I can't recommend them highly enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Large villa and smaller cottage. We rented both so we had a lot of privacy. The houses are basic and there is no airco or fan available, but this wasn't much of a problem even though temperatures reached 40 degrees on some days. The area is very quiet and the viewsare stunning. Nice restaurants are near, however, larger supermarkets and sites to visit are at least a 30 minut drive. There were a lot uf bugs in the garden (wasps and musquitoes). All in all a great stay and we would love to come back!
