First of all the location is not great; far from the city centre and main tourist attractions, in an area that offers nothing for tourists.
We were asked to pay upfront at check-in for a 2-night stay, which I found unusual, but when I saw our room I understood why. Dry and unwelcoming room that did not match the description given on the website (e.g. no hot tub even though that's what was advertised). The only solution offered by management was to pay to upgrade to a room with an outdoor jacuzzi (in December).
After 30 minutes trying to find a solution with the not-particularly-helpful hotel management I simply asked to be refunded so that I could leave to another hotel. Amazingly, the hotel refused to refund me even one cent of the full, 2-nights payment that they charged me upfront (before allowing me to see the room), and has since been ignoring my communication with them.
I notice other reviews also refer to poor service/shady practices at this establishment. Naples is a great city with many nice hotels - go somewhere else and avoid the potential issues.

β β β β β Nice place inside, renovated in 2020. Very comfortable and quiet even though a block from the street action. Nice sitting area/Garden outside. One of the only places with free parking. Neighborhood is pretty bad, but safe

β β β β β A horrible experience. We had no hot water in the room the first night. Tried to talk to the staff 10 times about this but met total ignorance. They said that we had to accept cold water when the hotel was fully booked. The staff was very unpleasant.

β β β β β The hotel is located at a sketchy neighborhood. Pictures look much better than real stuff.
Staff were cold and reluctant to help.
Also, on my booking confirmation, the following were listed:
Relax - In-room massage available
Bathroom - Private bathroom, bathtub or shower, and deep soaking bathtub or rainfall showerhead
Those were non existence in my room. When I asked the staff about it, they simply said I booked a standard room which would in no way have these. All it's supposed to have was a bathroom with shower. They somehow managed to make the description better than what they would offer. So be aware.

β β β β β It was okay to stay here for a couple days. The requested and booked room has not been available, but we got another one with different beds and for a little bit cheapest price.
The room was big enough, had a kettle and many bathroom things (even for intimate hygiene). The room also had central air conditioning inside.
Bad things I didn't like here are closed main doors with no guys on the reception, it has been required to knock the door and wait for a staff member. Also a few broken things inside the room like a broken key card reader and a light switch. It doesn't feel friendly here.
Also a minus of staying here is the location. It is a little bit far away from the city center and requires some walk.
