L	Lorenzo conti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non si può visitare Monselice senza venire a vedere questa splendida villa settecentesca che si raggiunge attraverso la via delle sette chiesette che partendo dal centro storico, passa per l'antico Duomo di Santa Giustina ed arriva su questa bella terrazza. La vista è splendida. Da qui una scalinata conduce alla sommità del colle ed ai resti della rocca. You cannot visit Monselice without coming to see this splendid eighteenth-century villa which can be reached through the street of the seven churches which, starting from the historic center, passes through the ancient Cathedral of Santa Giustina and arrives on this beautiful terrace. The view is splendid. From here a staircase leads to the top of the hill and to the remains of the fortress.

È dotata di un parcheggio appena all'inizio della salita. Sconsigliato per chi ama le camminate lunghe. Consigliato per chi vuole fare una passeggiata tranquilla. La villa è dotata di un soppalco frontale, dal quale si possono fare splendide foto e si ammira un paesaggio gradevole. L'entrata è gratuita, ma per chi fosse interessato c'è la possibilità di prenotare una visita, ad un prezzo davvero economico. The road is sloping, not recommended for wheelchairs. It can be a pleasant afternoon walk. It has a car park just at the beginning of the climb. Not recommended for those who love long walks. Recommended for those who want to take a quiet walk. The villa has a front mezzanine, from which you can take wonderful photos and admire a pleasant landscape. Admission is free, but for those interested there is the possibility to book a visit, at a really cheap price.

Ma sono andato detro alla chiesa, volevo prendere un video (bello il posto) ed è stato un prete molto scortese a dirmi di smettere. Penso che la gente che prende cura di questo posto deve capire che siamo al ventunesimo secolo e che tutti quanti vogliamo avere delle fotografie e video. Like any place in Italy it is beautiful. But I went right to the church, I wanted to take a video (nice place) and it was a very rude priest who told me to stop. I think the people who take care of this place have to understand that we are in the 21st century and that we all want to have photos and videos.

Un vero peccato... Da notare le tre nicchie con i tre busti di Domenico, Francesco e Pietro Duodo.. Affiancata dalla piccola cappella e da uno scalone spettacolare che sovrasta la proprietà è una meraviglia per lo sguardo... Il termine di una rilassante camminata, tra arte e storia... Sumptuous villa, fronted by a large garden with a seventeenth-century fountain, very well structured, but inside I was unable to visit it because it is always closed. A real shame ... Note the three niches with the three busts of Domenico, Francesco and Pietro Duodo .. Flanked by the small chapel and a spectacular staircase that overlooks the property, it is a marvel for the eye ... The end of a relaxing walk, between art and history ...
