E' stata restaurata tra il 2005 e il 2010, recuperando anche parte dei giardini. One of the largest and most beautiful villas built in the surroundings of Genoa in the 18th century, which for years has hosted the branch offices of the Municipality of Genoa for the Cornigliano delegation. It was restored between 2005 and 2010, also recovering part of the gardens.
P	Piro (Piro) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un gioiellino a bordo strada. Il parchetto avrebbe bisogno di un piccolo lavoro di ristrutturazione per quanto riguarda alcune panchine rotte ma è davvero bello. La vicinanza alla strada non si percepisce nemmeno andando dietro alla villa e si avverte un silenzio quasi magico. A volte coincide con le prove della Società Filarmonica Di Cornigliano e tutto diventa ancora più bello A gem on the side of the road. The parquet could do with a little renovation in regards to some broken benches but it is really nice. The proximity to the road is not perceived even by going behind the villa and there is an almost magical silence. Sometimes it coincides with the rehearsals of the Cornigliano Philharmonic Society and everything becomes even more beautiful
G	Gaetano Cavaleri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Villa Serra in Cornigliano provincia di Genova ..Villa Domenico Serra e una villa patrizia genovese posta sull'antica via Dan Giacomo che dal ponte di Cornigliano conduceva all'omonima chiesa costellata di molti edifici di villeggiatura delle grandi famiglie genovesi del 500 al 900 .La villa prende il nome dal nome e cognome del primo proprietario per differenziarla da Villa Serra Richini ..altra villa storica del quartiere .Fu edificata sulle fondamenta di un altro edificio di proprietà dei Serra ..testimoniato dal Vinzoni , demolito per fare posto alla nuova villa .Domenico Serra Commissiono' la costruzione al noro architetto Andrea Tagliafichi , che aveva lavorato a Genova al Parco di villa Rostan e a Villa Rosazza ..ed era un personaggio molto ricercato all'epoca, progettista , scenografo, e decoratore, ed ingegnere civile idraulico , allineato con gli stili di tendenza in Europa che stavano riscoprendo un gusto classico .Nel 1916 il marchese Orso Serra vendette l'edificio con il parco all'allora ancora esistente Comune di Cornigliano . Che lo adibi' a sede del comune poi con la realizzazione della grande Genova passo' al comune di Genova e rimase come sede del distaccamento del quartiere degli uffici comunali . Villa Serra in Cornigliano province of Genoa ..Villa Domenico Serra is a Genoese patrician villa located on the ancient via Dan Giacomo which from the Cornigliano bridge led to the church of the same name dotted with many holiday buildings of the great Genoese families of the 500 to the 900. villa takes its name from the first owner's name and surname to differentiate it from Villa Serra Richini .. another historic villa in the neighborhood. It was built on the foundations of another building owned by the Serra family .. testified by Vinzoni, demolished to make room for the new villa .Domenico Serra commissioned the construction to his architect Andrea Tagliafichi, who had worked in Genoa at the park of villa Rostan and at Villa Rosazza ... and was a highly sought-after character at the time, designer, set designer, and decorator, and civil hydraulic engineer, aligned with the trendy styles in Europe that were rediscovering a classic taste. In 1916 the Marquis Orso Serra sold the building with the park in the then still existing Municipality of Cornigliano. That used it as the seat of the municipality, then with the construction of the great Genoa it passed to the municipality of Genoa and remained as the seat of the detachment of the municipal offices district.
