β β β β β Good place to visit, really interesting. Ticket includes the park, the museum and the lighthouse itself. However, be ready that you won't be able to come to the very top of it - it is a military zone since the lighthouse is still in use.
Ladder to the observation deck is narrow, but ok.
The only trouble is that it is open only on holidays.
The best way to go here is to travel to Dinegro metro station and then walk, enjoying the view of city port.

β β β β β The lighthouse require entrance fee of 2 euro if you just wanna walk by the tower without entering it and 6 euro for entering it for a nice scenery view. It's only open on weekend, so if you wanna visit be sure you plan it nicely.

β β β β β An old lighthouse located at the old port in Genoa. Not much to explore inside but the tower gives a breathtaking view of the whole city from the top. The lighthouse is open for individuals on Saturday and Sunday without any guided tour. The ticket to explore is 6 euros.
For weekdays, the lighthouse allows tours for a minimum group of 20. It has a small museum inside explaining the history of the light house with small working models inside.
The public is allowed till a height of 70 meters in the tower over which it is reserved for marine military purposes.

β β β β β Very high, a lot of stairs but it worth for sure. Enjoy the view in the top and take a lot of pictures.
The park is very boring, but the view in the top is fabulous.
Spend some time to learn about the lighthouse because it's a very nice history not just about the lighthouse itself but of all Genoa.

The nearest bus stop or train station is an interesting 15-20min walk along a very nice boardwalk past the dockyards.
The 10-12 storey climb is worth it for the view of the port, the hills of Genova and the west and if you time it well, you can watch a ship arrive or depart.

β β β β β The symbol of Genova. The path to reach it is beautiful and calm and the industrial area makes it fascinating. I didn't visit the museum and the park yet, but sure they are worth a visit.

β β β β β Ticket includes the museum, the park and the lighthouse itself and its price is β¬6 for students, β¬8 for regular, it was expensive. But, on the top of the lighthouse, there is a 360 view of Genoa.
The general organization of the lighthouse was good and the staff was kind and friendly.
