Assurdo il modo in cui sia stata cacciata ed assurdo che gli infermieri della struttura si lamentino di non poter dormire la notte, come se venissero pagati per dormire e non per offrire assistenza al malato. Pessima struttura, sconsigliatissima. Si arrendono subito davanti alla prima difficoltà. Inoltre, è entrata che andava autonomamente in bagno, è uscita con il catetere. Dopo 35 giorni di degenza senza poterla vedere e questo è comprensibile data la situazione che stiamo vivendo, nella struttura ha contratto il covid e non è stato l'unico caso. Se potessi mettere una stella negativa la metterei e non per gli operatori sanitari e i fisioterapisti che da quanto ho potuto vedere sono sembrati bravi, gentili e disponibili ma per la mancata sicurezza dei pazienti e anche per come la struttura ha gestito la situazione. Non siamo stati assolutamente informati immediatamente della positività di mamma. Se non eravamo noi a chiamare, avendolo saputo per altre vie, non so quando ci avrebbero informati. Non siamo stati chiamati neanche quando l'hanno trasportata nella struttura covid 1 di Maddaloni, ma solo il giorno dopo, quando NOI ABBIAMO CHIAMATO, ne siamo venuti a conoscenza e per giunta non ci hanno neanche saputo dire all'istante dove l'avessero portata. Abbandonata a sé stessa, senza un recapito telefonico dei familiari a cui poter dare notizie, scaricata come un pacco postale senza un briciolo di umanità. E pensare che ci eravamo rivolti a questa struttura per essere più sicuri da eventuali contagi e con la speranza di una buona riabilitazione che non abbiamo avuto il tempo di veder realizzata. And to think that we had turned to this structure to be safer from possible infections and with the hope of a good rehabilitation that we did not have time to see carried out.

Purtroppo ha problemi di insonnia e questo ha portato il primario e la caposala PETRONE a decidere di dimetterla. Ogni sera la chiamavamo e gli infermieri inveivano contro mia madre perché "dovevano dormire". Nel momento in cui si accorgevano che eravamo al telefono, ci staccavano la chiamata. Le toglievano il campanello per non essere disturbati ed eravamo costretti a chiamare noi, da casa, per dire che mia madre aveva bisogno di qualcosa. Durante lo scambio di biancheria, mi è stata data una busta piena di feci e non sono stata neanche avvisata. Per quanto concerne l'assistenza e la pulizia sconsiglio ASSOLUTAMENTE questa struttura, essendo gli infermieri delle persone senza un minimo di empatia, salvo Nicoletta e Nicola, che si sono occupati di mamma al meglio, per quanto possibile, nei loro turni di lavoro. Mia madre è entrata che riusciva, con un po' di aiuto, ad andare in bagno da sola; è stata lì con catetere e pannolone e non è MAI andata al bagno da sola. L'unico lato positivo è che adesso riesce con un appoggio a camminare e a stare eretta. Se non avessero rinunciato così presto, saremmo a buon punto. La scusante trovata per dimetterla, è stata "non possiamo rovinare il prestigio della struttura", il che, a mio avviso, è vergognoso. Terrible. We took my mother who couldn't walk. The only positive side is that she can now walk and stand upright with a support. If they hadn't given up so soon, we'd be well advanced. The excuse found for dismissing it was "we cannot ruin the prestige of the structure", which, in my opinion, is shameful.

Ciro. Fisioterapista Giuseppe. Nicola. Sono stati oltre la loro professionalità con impegno e dedizione Amici. Il cibo era buono . Un po di carenza sulla struttura. Grazie a tutti.
