★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questo gioiello architettonico, volutamente concepito in una zona celata dall’imponente Castello Estense per garantire alla nobile famiglia Contarini di poter soggiornare in assoluta riservatezza, conserva degli affreschi molto suggestivi che – per chi non è un cultore o professionista della storia dell’arte – necessita di un ausilio da parte di una persona esperta al fine di comprendere appieno il significato.
Proprio su questo punto desidero rivolgere un sincero plauso a Caterina, una guida che con precisione, cordialità e intelligente leggerezza ha condotto il gruppo attraverso la storia e gli inevitabili segreti ed aneddoti che nel corso dei secoli sono avvenuti nella villa e zone limitrofe.
Per concludere, desidero rivolgere i miei complimenti all’Associazione Veneto Segreto perché con il suo concetto riesce a coniugare in modo accattivante storia e cultura locale altrimenti difficilmente fruibili dai non addetti ai lavori.
This architectural jewel, deliberately conceived in an area hidden by the imposing Estense Castle to guarantee the noble Contarini family to be able to stay in absolute privacy, preserves very suggestive frescoes which - for those who are not a lover or professional of art history - need of an aid from an expert in order to fully understand the meaning.
Precisely on this point I would like to express my sincere applause to Caterina, a guide who with precision, cordiality and intelligent lightness has led the group through history and the inevitable secrets and anecdotes that have occurred in the villa and surrounding areas over the centuries.
To conclude, I would like to congratulate the Veneto Secret Association because with its concept it manages to combine local history and culture in a captivating way, otherwise difficult to use by non-professionals.

At the ground floor two holiday apartments can be rented for families, couples or group of friends and be the perfect headquarter to explore the Veneto region.
