De moderne beelden vóór de Kathedraal zijn van deze tijd en passen wonderwel bij de wereld van eeuwen terug. En op een terrasje zitten met een koffie, van welke soort dan ook, en mensen van nu beschouwen maken je bezoek altijd geslaagd. Noto is a large open air museum. The buildings in good condition. The modern statues in front of the Cathedral are of this time and fit wonderfully with the world of centuries ago. And sitting on a terrace with a coffee, of any kind, and contemplating people of today always make your visit a success.

La Villa Comunale con il suo lungo viale precede e anticipa la porta ferdinandea e nonostante i cambiamenti rimane sempre un luogo di aggregazione e di incontro per le persone, le coppie e i genitori con i bambini. Comunque chi si trova a visitarla riuscirà a percepire le atmosfere di un tempo e a cogliere in anticipo il barocco cittadino, i turisti ne sono favorevolmente colpiti e le quattro stelle sono più che meritate. Interessante aver aggiunto il Check Point per i bus turistici, ma discutibile l'architettura come anche quella della fontana, tutte e due opere di cemento non contestualizzate nè storicamente nè rispetto l'architettura urbana già esistente.
