★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Situata alle spalle del centro abitato di Caivano, facilmente raggiungibile dall'autostrada o da strade interne, la villa presenta 2 macroaree, piscina e giardino dove è possibile pranzare/cenare all'aperto, 2 sale interne ampie e confortevoli.
Staff di sala e cucina ottimi per cordialità e gusto, e in caso di eventi la direzione ha 2 ottime weeding-planer per decorazioni e allestimenti personalizzati.
Lo consiglio vivamente
 Located behind the town of Caivano, easily reachable from the highway or internal roads, the villa has 2 macro-areas, a swimming pool and a garden where it is possible to have lunch / dinner outdoors, 2 large and comfortable indoor rooms.
Dining room and kitchen staff excellent for friendliness and taste, and in case of events the management has 2 excellent weeding-planers for personalized decorations and set-ups.
I highly recommend it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il 27 luglio abbiamo festeggiato qui la Promessa di matrimonio di mio fratello... si è mangiato bene e tanto...luogo ben curato sia i giardini...le luci ed i dettagli...lo consiglio per qst tipo d feste.
On July 27th we celebrated my brother's promise of marriage here ... we ate well and a lot ... well-kept place both the gardens ... the lights and the details ... I recommend it for this type of party.

Siamo un po' nelle "Terre di mezzo" (mmiezz 'a na terra), a tratti mi aspettavo di veder spuntare Gandalf col suo carretto :)
Sicuramente non per il matrimonio dei sogni, ma perfetto per comunioni e feste minori e rigorosamente d'estate, per poter goder a pieno della struttura e degli spazi all'aperto.
Nice and well-kept place. Good food. The service too.
We are a bit in the "Terre di mezzo" (mmiezz 'a terra), at times I expected to see Gandalf appear with his cart :)
Surely not for the wedding of your dreams, but perfect for communions and minor parties and strictly in summer, to fully enjoy the structure and the outdoor spaces.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luogo ideale dove fare un ricevimento. Lo spazio è sufficiente ad accogliere un gran numero di persone e il personale è sufficiente a coprire le richieste e le necessità di tutti.
Gli interni così come gli esterni sono ben tenuti e curati, vale davvero la pena di soggiornare qua per una giornata.
Ideal place to hold a reception. The space is sufficient to accommodate a large number of people and the staff is sufficient to cover everyone's requests and needs.
The interiors as well as the exteriors are well maintained and cared for, it is really worth a stay here for a day.
