Il team serio ed educato, è sempre disponibile all'ascolto di dubbi e perplessità e pronto a dare spiegazioni esaustive nel corso dei lavori. Una cosa molto importante poi è la mancanza di difficoltà del presentare le pratiche all'ufficio tecnico comunale in quanto tale Ditta possiede tutte le certificazioni necessarie per qualsiasi tipo di intervento. Efficienti ed operativi al 101%.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo un immobile di recente ristrutturazione e nonostante ciò avevamo problemi seri di infiltrazione dal terrazzo sovrastante l'appartamento. Nel giro di 4 anni abbiamo fatto intervenire innumerevoli ditte che non hanno però mai risolto il problema.
Romano Asfalti, invece, ha realizzato l'intervento a regola d'arte, rispettando i tempi e, soprattutto, con estrema educazione e pulizia che non ho mai ritrovato in alcuna ditta edile.
Ci hanno guidato e consigliato di volta in volta sulle migliori soluzioni rendendosi disponibili al confronto fuori dai canonici orari di lavoro essendo sia io che mia moglie perennemente impegnati sul nostro di lavoro.
Questo è stato un altro fattore importante, siamo riusciti a proseguire nello smart working nonostante la presenza degli operai in casa che non sono mai parsi indiscreti evitando qualsiasi tipo di disturbo e rispettando il fatto che stessimo lavorando. Non c'è stato mai bisogno di fornire nulla che già non avessero pensato di portarsi dietro in autonomia.
Li consiglio al 100% e qualora dovessi affrontare altri interventi in casa nostra, saprò a chi rivolgermi!

Dopo esperienze negative riuscì finalmente a risolvere seri problemi di cattiva impermeabilizzazione ed errata stratigrafia della copertura. Il titolare sig. Pasquale non solo è esperto di impermeabilizzazione ma è anche preparatissimo sul tema della coibentazione termica, sui materiali a bassa conduttività, sulle strutture in legno e sulle coperture leggere. Ho trovato nella ditta Romano Asfalti una competenza e un'affidabilita' rarissima da trovare nel settore dell'edilizia. Affidatevi alla loro professionalità senza remore. Troveranno la migliore soluzione.
