Molto valida è anche la carta dei vini con un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Lovely place to spend a period of absolute relaxation. The staff is very helpful and welcoming and the service is impeccable. The wine list with an excellent quality / price ratio is also very good.

Non viene ne proposto ne incentivato l'uso della SPA. Colazione appena sufficiente data la presenza di un paio di torte fatte in casa e per la disponibilità della signora che gestisce la sala. Stanze pulite ma buio il percorso per raggiungerle la sera. Piscina piccola e abbandonata a se stessa. Il fantomatico laghetto non è raggiungibile. Basterebbe poco per renderlo un luogo da sogno. A place with great possibilities but left to itself. Too much clutter and neglect in the structure. The use of the SPA is neither proposed nor encouraged. Breakfast just enough given the presence of a couple of homemade cakes and the availability of the lady who manages the room. Clean rooms but dark the path to reach them in the evening. Small swimming pool left to itself. The elusive pond is not accessible. It would take little to make it a dream place.

La villa sembra un po' dimenticata...purtroppo manca il servizio di ristorazione , gran nota negativa se nn ci si vuole spostare con la auto.. speravamo Ke almeno la colazione inclusa nel prezzo del pernottamento riuscisse a soddisfarci e invece anche quella biocciata... Nonostante ciò staff cordiale e pulizia assoluta... Forse per un matrimonio sarebbe il posto ideale,ma nn per soggiornare. Lovely property, ideal for those who love privacy ..HOWS A BIT TOO MUCH !! The villa seems a little forgotten ... unfortunately it lacks the catering service, a big negative note if you don't want to move with the car .. we hoped Ke at least the breakfast included in the overnight price could satisfy us and instead the breakfast. .. Despite this, friendly staff and absolute cleanliness ... Perhaps for a wedding it would be the ideal place, but nn to stay.

Profumo di campagna, la SPA, la piscina all'aperto e la pulizia sono di un livello davvero alto. Unica cosa "negativa" della mia stanza era il condizionatore lontano e fra due muri che quindi non mi sembrava essere del tutto funzionale. A place of relaxation: immersed. In a beautiful vineyard, just outside Arezzo. Scent of the countryside, the SPA, the outdoor pool and cleanliness are of a very high standard. The only "negative" of my room the air conditioner was far and between two walls so it seemed not to be fully functional.

Min: Breakfast service Airco can't cool the room, too big space? Restaurant was closed for 3 nights in a row, but didnt know why.
P	Phil Lim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was a very nice experience for me and my wife. We wanted to get away for a day from the busy cities of Florence and Rome, so we decided to stay here for one night. Although the pool and lake were closed because it was too cold, the rooms (especially the bathrooms) were very open and nice. The view of the countryside from our room was gorgeous as you could see the sunset over the mountains. The location was ideal because it was only a short drive away (we had a rental car) to local restaurants and to Arezzo. The place was very quiet, which was what we were looking for. The breakfast was really good with delicious croissants, smoothies, and cheese with yogurt and other pastries. We came in October so we weren't able to enjoy all the amenities we would have if we came during warmer months. Finally, the staff members were the best part of our stay. They were extremely accommodating and always proactive in their service. We made sure to by some wine and olive oil before leaving in order to remember this place.
