★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempo fa ho soggiornato per un week-end a questa Villa e a mio avviso tutta questa “lussuosità”non l’ho proprio vista.Sembra di stare in un ospedale con persone al accettazione che sono anche scorbutiche.
 Some time ago I stayed for a weekend at this Villa and in my opinion I have not really seen all this "luxury". It seems to be in a hospital with admitted people who are also grumpy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La struttura è molto bella, nuova e circondata da un bel parco con ampio parcheggio. La gestione lascia un po' a desiderare: manca il giusto numero di coperte e il riscaldamento non sempre acceso la mattina quando ci si alza!
The structure is very beautiful, new and surrounded by a beautiful park with ample parking. The management leaves something to be desired: the right number of blankets is missing and the heating is not always on in the morning when you get up!

La posizione molto comoda fuori dal caos di Roma che comunque è comodamente raggiungibile in meno di mezz'ora sarà il nostro punto di riferimento per le future visite in zona

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto meraviglioso, immerso nel verde .Stanze moderne con grande doccia e balcone con vista mozzafiato su Roma .Grande parcheggio .Volevo fare un particolare ringraziamento a Stefano della reception che è stato di una disponibilità unica e che mi ha sempre assistito in maniera eccellente durante il mio soggiorno che inizialmente doveva essere di solo due giorni ma che poi si è prolungato per sette giorni .Gli addetti all'accoglienza di tutti gli alberghi dovrebbero imparare da lui per i suoi modi gentili e per la grande passione che mette nel suo lavoro .
Tornerò sicuramente in questo splendido albergo e poi ho avuto modo di scoprire sempre grazie a Stefano che all'interno ci sono anche appartamenti bellissimi di varie grandezze con angolo cottura adatti a soggiorni più lunghi .
Unica nota a sfavore è che non è compresa la prima colazione ma bisogna andare nel bar a fianco all'ingresso che però il sabato e la domenica è chiuso .

Wonderful place, surrounded by greenery. Modern rooms with large shower and balcony with breathtaking views of Rome. Big parking. I wanted to give a special thanks to Stefano from the reception who was of a unique availability and who always assisted me in an excellent way during the my stay, which initially was supposed to be only two days but then lasted for seven days. The receptionists of all hotels should learn from him for his kind manners and for the great passion he puts into his work.
I will definitely return to this splendid hotel and then I was able to always discover thanks to Stefano that inside there are also beautiful apartments of various sizes with kitchenette suitable for longer stays.
The only downside is that breakfast is not included but you have to go to the bar next to the entrance which is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
Thanks again to Stefano and the rest of the staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location incantevole e romantica, immersa nel verde e coronata da un bellissimo panorama su Roma. La Struttura è di primissimo livello, moderna, comoda e dall'impeccabile pulizia. Nonostante ciò, se potessi dare 6 stelle, le darei senza ombra di dubbio allo staff della reception, vero fiore all'occhiello della struttura.
Il personale, ci ha reso il soggiorno indimenticabile, facendoci sentire davvero coccolati, con una cura nei minimi dettagli eccelsa, evidenziando passione ed un'altissima professionalità difficile da trovare in altre strutture.
Enchanting and romantic location, surrounded by greenery and crowned by a beautiful view of Rome. The structure is of the highest level, modern, comfortable and impeccably clean. Despite this, if I could give 6 stars, I would give them without a doubt to the reception staff, the real pride of the structure.
The staff made our stay unforgettable, making us feel truly pampered, with excellent attention to detail, highlighting passion and a very high professionalism difficult to find in other structures.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tutto perfetto. Camera nuovissima e curata nei dettagli. Veramente da 5 stelle in tutto, top la comodità del letto. Zero problemi di parcheggio, poiché è all'interno della villa e vi è posto a dismisura.
Vorrei fare in particolare i complimenti a Stefano della reception, un ragazzo dalla disponibilità unica e che mette molta passione nel suo lavoro. Complimenti!
La zona è strategica, isolata dal traffico e dai rumori della città, ma allo stesso tempo vicino ai servizi ad un massimo di 10 minuti si raggiungere frascati o Grottaferrata.
Piccolo aggiornamento.
Risolvete il problema dei Letti singoli per uso matrimoniale.... Matecamaticamente si allarga al centro, fastidio e scomodo. Ci sono le fasce per tenere uniti 2 letti singoli e delle strisce che vanno a riempire cuori tra i 2 letti per tutta la lunghezza.
Un piccolo consiglio perché non Mettere una piccola macchinetta del caffè in camera? , dato che per prendere una bevanda bisogna raggiungere il piano terra o la terrazza.

All perfect. Brand new room with attention to detail. Truly 5 stars in all, top the comfort of the bed. Zero parking problems, as it is inside the villa and there is plenty of space.
In particular, I would like to congratulate Stefano at the reception, a guy with a unique availability and who puts a lot of passion into his work. Congratulations!
The area is strategic, isolated from the traffic and noise of the city, but at the same time close to the services at a maximum of 10 minutes you can reach Frascati or Grottaferrata.
Small update.
Solve the problem of single beds for double use .... Matecamatically it widens in the center, annoying and uncomfortable. There are bands to hold 2 single beds together and strips that fill hearts between the 2 beds along the entire length.
A little tip why not Put a small coffee maker in the room? , since to get a drink you have to go to the ground floor or the terrace.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here after Villa Grazioli cancelled our reservation. The hotel is not fully opened yet however had great customer service from the ladies at the desk.
There are no food options there however you can get Just Eat delivered after a late flight and some restaurants are close by just turn right at the main gate

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful surroundings. You'll need a car or taxi to get here if you don't want to climb the hill from Frascati Station. You can get a bit of peace and quiet, there isn't much around but some nice local restaurants. Friendly receptionists and very helpful
